Digson, s.r.o. has many years of international experience in software creation and sales, and has been active in the field of ICT since 2008. In the light of international experience and insight in the field, the company identified the potential for the development and subsequent sale of software applications to support processes in the production and sales segment of windows, doors made with fiberglass technology. This is a new and dynamically developing area of producers in the construction sector which is not covered by the relevant service software applications. The aim of this project is to create two new software aplikácií:WinDoors – the development of a software application for modelling the processes of configuration, production and sale of windows and doors produced by fiberglass technology. It is an application with which Digson, s.r.o. can model business processes of configuration, production and sale of windows and doors produced worldwide by unique and innovative fiberglass technology.The application of the “client-server” tip will use cloud technology operated on the servers of the applicant.WinDoors CRM – development of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application for customer relationship management. CRM application as a WinDoors extension application for modelling processes for the production and sale of windows and doors produced by fiberglass technology. It will help better manage suppliers, customers, customers, sellers and share information with colleagues, suppliers, subscribers, support process management within the company, serve as a feedback tool for managers through clear reports and improve the registration of customers and partners.In order to support the sale of listed software applications, the company plans to carry out marketing activities – presentations through professional articles, advertisements in professional journals and catalogues, creation and operation of a new product website with global SEO optimisation. Spoločnosť Digson, s.r.o má dlhoročné medzinárodné skúsenosti s tvorbou a predajom softvéru, v oblasti IKT pôsobí od roku 2008. Vzhľadom na medzinárodné skúsenosti a prehľad v oblasti spoločnosť identifikovala potenciál vývoja a následného predaja softvérových aplikácii pre podporu procesov v segmente výroby a predaja okien, dverí vyrobených sklolaminátovou technológiou s využitím sklenených vlákien. Ide o novú a dynamicky sa rozvíjajúcu oblasť producentov v stavebnom sektore, ktorá nie je pokrytá príslušnými obslužnými softvérovými aplikáciami. Cieľom predkladaného projektu je vytvorenie dvoch nových softvérových aplikácií:WinDoors – vývoj softvérovej aplikácie na modelovanie procesov konfigurácie, výroby a predaja okien a dverí vyrobených sklolaminátovou technológiou t.j. technológiou sklenených vlákien. Ide o aplikáciu pomocou ktorej vie spoločnosť Digson, s.r.o namodelovať podnikové procesy konfigurácie, výroby a predaja okien a dverí vyrobených vo svete jedinečnou a inovatívnou sklolaminátovou technológiou.Aplikácia tipu „klient – server“ bude využívať cloudovú technológiu prevádzkovanú na serveroch žiadateľa.WinDoors CRM - vývoj CRM (Customer Relationship Management) aplikácie pre riadenie vzťahov so zákazníkmi. CRM aplikácia ako nadstavba WinDoors aplikácie na modelovanie procesov výroby a predaja okien a dverí vyrobených sklolaminátovou technológiou. Pomôže lepšie riadiť dodávateľov, odberateľov, zákazníkov, predajcov a zdieľať informácie s kolegami, dodávateľmi, odberateľmi, podporí procesné riadenie v rámci firmy, bude slúžiť ako nástroj spätnej väzby pre manažérov vďaka prehľadným reportom a zlepší evidenciu zákazníkov a partnerov.Pre podporu predaja uvedených softvérových aplikácii plánuje spoločnosť v rámci realizácie projektu realizovať marketingové činnosti - prezentácie cez odborné články, inzercie v odborných časopisoch a katalógoch, vytvorenie a prevádzku novej produktovej web stránky s globálnou SEO optimalizáciou.
