The aim of the project is to change the access of the disadvantaged group of people under the age of 25 in accordance with the specific objective 1.4.1.OPĽZ to the possibilities of increasing their participation in the labour market, the development of the personality and the overall improvement of their quality of life. We want to show participants that, despite all the well-known disabilities, a young person can find a job and complete and deepen their education so that they do not lose competitiveness in a rapidly changing labour market. The development and implementation of an educational programme for this target group will make it possible to make education available, taking into account the requirements of practice, also for people who cannot afford it for financial reasons. It will take place through coaching interviews and simulations, where an individual approach is applied – “tailor-made” to each client. The scope and focus of coaching are always tailored to the expectations and needs of the client. These include individual preparation for job interviews, ICT skills development, increased financial literacy, new employment and self-employment opportunities using modern information technology, social and employment counselling.     Cieľom projektu je zmena prístupu znevýhodnenej skupiny ľudí vo veku do 25 rokov v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 1.4.1.OPĽZ k možnostiam zvýšenia ich uplatnenia na trhu práce, rozvoja osobnosti a celkového zlepšenia kvality ich života. Frekventantom programu chceme ukázať možnosti, že napriek všetkým všeobecne známym hendikepom, si aj mladý človek môže nájsť prácu a doplniť a prehĺbiť vzdelanie tak, aby nestrácal konkurencieschopnosť na rýchlo sa meniaciom trhu práce. Vypracovanie a realizácia vzdelávacieho programu určeného pre túto cieľovú skupinu umožní sprístupniť vzdelávanie so zreteľom na požiadavky praxe aj pre ľudí, ktorí si ho z finančných dôvodov nemôžu dovoliť. Uskutoční sa prostredníctvom koučovacích rozhovorov a simulácií, pri ktorých je uplatňovaný individuálny prístup - „šitý na mieru“ každému klientovi. Rozsah i zameranie koučingu sú vždy konkrétne prispôsobené očakávaniam a potrebám klienta. Obsahom je individuálna príprava na pracovný pohovor, rozvoj zručnosti IKT, zvýšenie finančnej gramotnosti, nové príležitosti zamestnania a samozamestnania pomocou moderných informačných technológií, sociálne a pracovno-právne poradenstvo.
