Knowledge of foreign languages is currently one of the key competences to apply for a quality job on the domestic or foreign labour market. Most universities and universities focus only on the basics of teaching a professional language, which is currently essential in professional practice. In the project “Language education – the key to success”, the applicant creates a solution for the need to speak a foreign language as part of professional training for the practice of the profession. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the applicant prepares the participant for the active use of the foreign language in practice. Knowing a foreign language means broadening your horizons and possibilities not only in the field of work. The main objective of the project is to improve the teaching of foreign languages with modern information and communication skills and to improve the skills of target groups in the field of English and German skills. 65 participants will be involved in the training through the main activity of the project. The implementation of the project, its activities and objectives are in line with the Human Resources Operational Programme and its specific objective 1.4.1 Improve the quality and efficiency of lifelong learning with an emphasis on the development of key competences, deepening and upgrading of skills. By implementing the project, the applicant will prepare a high-quality and usable education in practice. Prepared education responds to the needs of the target group, which acquires key competences and thus improves their employability in the labour market. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Znalosť cudzích jazykov patrí v súčasnosti medzi kľúčové kompetencie pri uchádzaní sa o kvalitné pracovné miesto na domácom alebo zahraničnom trhu práce. Väčšina vysokých škôl a univerzít sa zameriava len na základy výučby odborného jazyka, ktorý je v súčasnej dobe nevyhnutný v odbornej praxi pri výkone povolania. V projekte „Jazykové vzdelávanie – kľúč k úspechu“ žiadateľ vytvára riešenie na potrebu ovládania cudzieho jazyka ako súčasti profesionálnej prípravy na vykonávanie povolania. Vďaka realizácie projektu, žiadateľ pripraví účastníka na aktívne využívanie cudzieho jazyka v praxi. Ovládať cudzí jazyk znamená rozšíriť si svoje obzory a možnosti nie len v pracovnej oblasti. Hlavným cieľom projektu je skvalitnenie výučby cudzích jazykov modernými informačno-komunikačnými a zvýšenie kvalifikácie cieľových skupín, v oblasti znalosti anglického a nemeckého jazyka. Prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity projektu bude do školenia zapojených 65 účastníkov. Realizácia projektu, jeho aktivity a ciele sú v súlade s Operačným programom Ľudské zdroje a s jeho špecifickým cieľom 1.4.1 Zvýšiť kvalitu a efektívnosť celoživotného vzdelávania s dôrazom na rozvoj kľúčových kompetencií, prehlbovanie a zvyšovanie kvalifikácie. Žiadateľ realizáciou projektu pripraví kvalitné a v praxi využiteľné vzdelanie. Pripravené vzdelávanie reaguje na potreby cieľovej skupiny, ktorá získa kľúčové kompetencie a tým sa zvýši ich uplatniteľnosť na trhu práce. (Slovak)
