Cieľom projektu je dosiahnuť dosiahnuť komplexné riešenie energetickej hospodárnosti administratívnej budovy zabezpečujúce energetickú efektívnosť budovy pri jej užívaní a zároveň zníženie energetickej náročnosti (skutočná spotreba energie) a zároveň vyriešiť aj bezbariérový prístup do objektu. Uvedený cieľ bude dosiahnutý formou zlepšenia kvality obalových konštrukcií a vnútornej tepelnej pohody, efektívnej výmeny vzduchu, výmeny sytému vykurovania, prípravy teplej vody a osvetlenia.
