The project "Modernisation and reconstruction of the building of the municipal office Bystrička is primarily aimed at reducing energy intensity and at the same time includes renovation of building and technical solutions in accordance with valid STN and related regulations. All exterior windows and doors will be replaced by new plastic windows with insulating triple glazing throughout the building and all classic light bulbs will be replaced by energy saving LEDs throughout the building. The existing building will be insulated in accordance with the applicable standards from 01.01.2016 in category A in the part primary energy, its whole facade made of facade polystyrene EPS B70F, plinth around the perimeter xps polystyrene and roof structure made of mineral wool.The main output of the project will be a reduction of energy needs for heating from 140 to 51 kWhm2.a. The proposed saving goes beyond the minimum requirements for energy efficiency (English)

    Projekt „Modernizácia a prestavba budovy Obecného úradu Bystrička  je prioritne zameraný na znižovanie energetickej náročnosti  a  zároveň zahŕňa obnovu stavebno-technického riešenia budov v zmysle platných STN a súvisiacich predpisov. V celom objekte sa  vymenia všetky exteriérové okná a dvere za nové plastové okná s izolačným trojsklom a v celom objekte sa vymenia všetky klasické žiarovky za úsporné LED. Existujúci objekt sa  celý zateplí a to, v zmysle platných noriem od 01.01.2016 v kategórii  A v časti primárna energia,  celá jeho fasáda z fasádneho polystyrénu EPS B70F , sokel po celom obvode xps polystyrénom a strešná konštrukcia z minerálnej vlny.Hlavným výstupom projektu bude zníženie potreby energie na vykurovanie zo 140 na 51 kWhm2.a.  Navrhovaná úspora ide nad rámec minimálnych požiadaviek na energetickú hospodárnosť (Slovak)
