The Elementary School of Slovak Volunteers in Žilina operates as the only fully organised educational institution for adjacent urban catchment areas Zádubnie, Zástranie, Budatine and Považský Chlmca, as well as children from the Children’s Crisis Centre Náruč in Zádubní. More than 300 pupils attend school, of which 30 are fully integrated with the SVET and 8 pupils have recommendations for an assistant teacher. Students from the Naruč crisis centre come mostly from a difficult social environment and often have difficulties in mastering the curriculum. As in some classes there are also 4 pupils included, the work of the educator is very difficult.   There are currently 37 employees at the school, including 25 qualified teaching staff and 1 special educator. The school does not employ any teacher’s assistant today, although the need for their interaction in the educational process is more than necessary.  The school tries to create conditions for the development of shop, skills and knowledge of pupils and their interests, among talented pupils it tries to develop their talent through school competitions and interest activities. They also pay attention to working with pupils with special educational needs, with the help of a special educator who helps to coordinate the education and education of pupils according to the relevant educational plans. The school currently has 8 pupils with a recommendation for an assistant teacher, who often interfere with their behavior, are disoriented, do not propel the working pace of classmates.  Also, students from the Naruč crisis centre, who come from a difficult social environment, often have difficulties in mastering their teachings.  For the above reasons, the main objective of the project is to: “Increasing the inclusion and equalisation of differences within the educational process at the Elementary School of Slovak Volunteers”. Realistically, the selected target will be achieved through 1 activity: “Creation and occupation of 4 new posts as teacher assistant in order to improve school success of pupils, including those with SVET” The expected contribution of the project will be for the target group: schoolchildren, pupils with a CSR group, other pupils in the classes, teachers and parents of the applicant. By implementing the project, we expect an increase in the number of pupils with SVVP by 6 in common classes, of which from the group of SZP by at least 1 pupil. At the same time, we anticipate an improvement in learning outcomes 6 months after the completion of at least 5 pupils with SVET. (English)

Žiaci z krízového centra Náruč prichádzajú zväčša z ťažkého sociálneho prostredia a často majú problémy so zvládnutím učiva. Reálne bude zvolený cieľ naplnený prostredníctvom 1 aktivity: "Vytvorenie a obsadenie 4 nových miest asistenta učiteľa za účelom zlepšenia školskej úspešnosti žiakov vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP" Očakávaný prínos projektu bude určený pre cieľovú skupinu: žiakov so ŠVVP, žiakmi so skupiny SZP, ostatných žiakov v triedach, učiteľov a rodičov žiadateľa. Realizáciou projektu predpokladáme navýšenie počtu  žiakov so ŠVVP o 6 zaradených v bežných triedach, z toho zo skupiny SZP minimálne o 1 žiaka. Zároveň predpokladáme zlepšenie študijných výsledkov 6 mesiacov po realizácií u minimálne 5 žiakov so ŠVVP . (Slovak)
