The need to implement this project came from the current situation, which consists of the gradual increase of pupils with special educational needs attending the Kudlovská, Humenné Elementary School. The primary school in the educational process applies the principles of inclusive education, which, however, places greater emphasis on material and technical background, but mainly on professional personnel capacities. Through the implementation of the project, the applicant wishes to fully support education, which is based on the right of all pupils to the same quality of education that meets their basic educational needs and is rewarding for them. The project consists of 3 main activities: 1. Equal opportunities in education and training at elementary school Kudlovská, Humenné; 2. Diagnosis and re-diagnosis in order to eliminate school failure; 3. Successful pupils of elementary school Kudlovská, Humenné. The target group is all pupils attending elementary school, including pupils with SVET and pupils coming from CSR. Measurable indicators are: Number of Elementary Schools applying an inclusive learning model and engaged in activities to promote inclusive education = 1, Number of pupils with ESET involved in activities promoting inclusive education = 16, or number of pupils with ESET involved in activities to support inclusive education, which improved learning outcomes after 6 months. = 14 pupils.     Potreba realizácie predkladaného projektu vzišla zo súčasnej situácie, ktorá spočíva v postupnom zvyšovaní žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, ktorí navštevujú Základnú školu Kudlovská, Humenné. Základná škola vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese uplatňuje princípy inkluzívneho vzdelávania, čo však kladie väčší dôraz materiálno-technické zázemie, ale najmä na odborné personálne kapacity. Žiadateľ prostredníctvom realizácie projektu chce naplno podporovať vzdelávanie, ktoré je založené na tom, že všetci žiaci majú právo na rovnakú kvalitu vzdelania, ktoré napĺňa ich základné vzdelávacie potreby a je pre nich obohacujúce. Projekt pozostáva z 3 hlavných aktivít: 1. Rovnosť príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese na ZŠ Kudlovská, Humenné; 2. Diagnostikovanie a rediagnostikovanie s cieľom eliminácie školskej neúspešnosti; 3. Úspešní žiaci ZŠ Kudlovská, Humenné. Cieľovou skupinou sú všetci žiaci navštevujúci základnú školu vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP a žiakov pochádzajúcich zo SZP. Merateľnými ukazovateľmi sú: Počet ZŠ uplatňujúcich inkluzívny model vzdelávania a zapojených do aktivít na podporu inkluz. vzdelávania = 1, Počet žiakov so ŠVVP zapojených do aktivít na podporu inkluz. vzdelávania = 16, či počet žiakov so ŠVVP zapojených do aktivít na podpor. inkluz. vzdelávania, ktorým sa zlepšili študijné výsledky po 6 mes. = 14 žiakov.
