The present project addresses the modernisation and energy optimisation of the public building – a cultural building and municipal office in the village Studenec. The whole building is ownership of the village Studenec and is used exclusively for the performance of its self-governing functions. Currently, the building of the municipal office is in poor technical condition, its aesthetic value is negative and the operation is costly. The aim of the project is therefore to achieve lower energy intensity of this building by insulation of the outer casing and replacement of the opening fills and insulation of the roof casing, replacement of the heating source and the UK. This objective of the project will be fulfilled by implementing one main activity of the project and two supporting activities. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the owner and operator of the building, the Municipality of Studenec, will be instructed on how to monitor, measure and maintain a register of the energy consumption of the building, and what is apparent from the data identified, and this measure will not incur any costs for the municipality of Studenec. As part of the project, however, investment-intensive measures will be implemented, for which the municipality would otherwise not have enough own resources – thermal insulation of the outer casing, roof, replacement of windows and doors in the building. The target group of the project is the citizens of Studenca and the primary municipality of Studenec, whose energy savings will fall off the cost of additional expenses. The implementation of the project will fulfil mandatory measurable project indicators and results – the main one being the achievement of savings. The reduction of energy consumption is in line with the requirements of Directive 2010/31/EU and Directive 2012/27/EU. In addition to the thermal and technical improvement of the condition of the building, the building of the cultural house of the municipal office will fit into the environment of the village. The insulation of the building and the replacement of the opening fills will increase the energy performance of the building with minimal environmental impact, while at the same time reducing the financial burden of running the municipal office.     Predkladaný projekt rieši modernizáciu a energetickú optimalizáciu verejnej budovy – kultúrneho domu a obecného úradu v obci Studenec. Celý objekt je vovlastníctve obce Studenec a slúži výlučne na výkon jej samosprávnych funkcií. V súčasnosti je budova obecného úradu v nevyhovujúcom technickom stave, jehoestetická hodnota je negatívna a prevádzka finančne náročná. Cieľom projektu je preto dosiahnutie nižšej energetickej náročnosti tejto budovy zateplením obvodového plášťa a výmenou otvorových výplní a zateplenímstrešného plášťa, výmenou zdroja kúrenia a UK. Tento cieľ projektu bude naplnený realizovaním jednej hlavnej aktivity projektu a dvoch podporných aktivít. Vďakaimplementácii projektu bude vlastník a prevádzkovateľ budovy, obec Studenec, poučený o tom, ako sledovať, merať a viesť evidenciu o spotrebe energie budovy ačo zo zistených údajov vyplýva, pričom z tohto opatrenia nevzniknú obci Studenec žiadne náklady. V rámci projektu však budú realizované investične náročnéopatrenia, na ktorých uskutočnenie by inak obec nemala dostatok vlastných zdrojov – tepelné zaizolovanie obvodového plášťa, strechy, výmena okien a dverí nabudove. Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú občania Studenca a primárne obec Studenec, ktorej v rámci energetických úspor odpadnú náklady na ďalšie výdavky. Realizáciou projektu budú naplnené povinné merateľné ukazovatele projektu a výsledky – tým hlavným bude dosiahnutie úspory. Zníženie spotreby energie jev súlade s požiadavkami smernice 2010/31/EÚ a smernice 2012/27/EÚ. Okrem tepelno-technického zlepšenia stavu objektu, bude budova kultúrneho domu aobecného úradu estetický zapadať do prostredia obce. Zateplením budovy a výmenou otvorových výplní sa zvýši energetická hospodárnosť budovy s minimálnymdopadom na životné prostredie, a súčasne dôjde aj k zníženiu finančnej náročnosti chodu obecného úradu.
