The main objective of the project is to improve environmental aspects in the city of Brezne, adapt the urban environment to climate change, improve the environment, develop the territory and create an aesthetic and healthy environment. The aim of the project will be achieved by the complex regeneration of the interior space called Margitin Park in Brezno. The activities of the project are aimed at building elements of green infrastructure, elements to reduce dust and noise, as well as elements to increase air humidity. The project deals with the treatment of terrain, woody plants, planting of greenery, flower beds of unbuilt areas inside the block, construction of water area with nozzles and water elements to increase moisture and water retention in space, building a wooden pergola with a pink flower bed, promenade and elements of small arcitecture, adjustment of boarding areas with seating, paved areas with an emphasis on water retention in the territory, stone session strips lining all paths, installation of sensory elements and insulating green. The regenerated space will be barrier-free, so that movement and stay in it is possible for all residents and visitors.The implementation of the project is a comprehensive solution to the regeneration of the interior space Margitin park with the application of ecological principles of creation and protection of greenery. The project will build a space for adults and children, bringing physical, psychological, emotional and socio-economic benefits for the individual and society by bringing together health-recreational and ecologically-stabilising functions. There will be a place to live and work comfortably with a view to improving environmental aspects. The project will contribute to the efficient and sustainable use of the landscape. The project will be carried out on the land owned by the applicant – the town of Brezna, as evidenced by LV No. 2351 and a copy of the cadastral map. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Hlavným cieľom projektu je zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov v meste Brezne, adaptácia mestského prostredia na zmenu klímy, zlepšenie životného prostredia, rozvoj územia a vytvorenie estetického a zdravého prostredia.Cieľ projektu sa dosiahne komplexnou regeneráciou vnútroblokového priestoru nazývaného Margitin park v Brezne. Aktivity projektu sú zamerané na budovanie prvkov zelenej infraštruktúry, prvkov na znižovanie prašnosti a hluku, ako aj prvkov na zvyšovanie vlhkosti vzduchu. Projekt rieši úpravu terénu, drevín, výsadbu zelene, záhonov nezastavaných plôch vnútrobloku, budovanie vodnej plochy s tryskami a vodných prvkov na zvyšovanie vlhkosti a zadržanie vody v priestore, budovanie drevenej pergoly s ružovým záhonom, promenády a prvkov drobnej arcitektúry, úpravu nástupnách plôch so sedením, spevnených plôch s dôrazom na zadržiavanie vody v území, kamenné zasakovacie pásy lemujúce všetky chodníky, osadenie senzorických prvkov a izolačnej zelene. Regenerovaný priestor bude bezbariérový, aby pohyb a pobyt v ňom bol umožnený všetkým obyvateľom a návštevníkom.Realizácia projektu je komplexným riešením regenerácie vnútroblokového priestoru Margitin park s uplatnenímekologických princípov tvorby a ochrany zelene. Projektom sa vybuduje priestor pre dospelých aj deti, ktorý prinesie fyzický, psychologický, emocionálny a sociálno - hospodársky prínos pre jednotlivca a spoločnosť vzájomným spojením zdravotno - rekreačných a ekologicko - stabilizačných funkcií. Vznikne miesto, kde sa bude príjemne žiť a pracovať s ohľadom na zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov. Projekt prispeje k efektívnemu a trvalo udržateľnému využívaniu krajiny. Projekt sa bude realizovať na pozemku vo vlastníctve žiadateľa - mesta Brezna, čo dokladujeme LV č. 2351 a kópiou katastrálnej mapy. (Slovak)
