The aim of the project is to achieve nasledovného:Inovácia production process of BIOMIN, a.s. based on natural calcium as part of a complex of natural minerals contained in a unique source of natural calcium, in egg shells, as the only product of its kind on the market, which is a biopreparation without chemical additives, by introducing into the production of new pharmaceutical forms. The objective will be achieved by the acquisition, installation and introduction of new equipment: pharmaceutical bulk dispenser. This facility will ensure the implementation of the defined innovations: automating the production process from manual work operation and increasing the mass homogeneity of the products, thus narrowing the tolerance band.Replacement of technological steps carried out manually by automated procedures associated with the elimination of the risk of product contamination, reducing the error rate of free matter dosage. The goal will be achieved by the procurement, installation and introduction into the production of the Applicant’s automated bulk powder dispenser, as the technological steps on this device will take place in a protected atmosphere after the introduction of the planned innovation, without the need to interfere with their progress, thus also achieving the third objective. Improving work hygiene by reducing exposure of workers in an environment with increased dustiness, as well as ensuring gender equality in the operation of equipment in the packaging production process, where only men have been able to work so far due to the need to ensure pressure on packaging closures. Cieľom projektu je dosiahnutie nasledovného:Inovácia výrobného procesu spoločnosti BIOMIN, a.s. na báze prírodného vápnika ako súčasti komplexu prírodných minerálov obsiahnutých v unikátnom zdroji prírodného vápnika, vo vaječných škrupinách, ako jediného produktu svojho druhu na trhu, ktorý je biopreparátom bez chemických prísad, zavedením do výroby nových liekových foriem. Daný cieľ bude dosiahnutý obstaraním, inštaláciou a zavedením do výroby nového zariadenia: farmaceutického dávkovača sypkých hmôt. Toto zariadenie zabezpečí realizáciu zadefinovaných inovácií: zautomatizovanie výrobného procesu z manuálnej pracovnej operácie a zvýšenie hmotnostnej rovnorodosti produktov, čím dôjde k zúženiu tolerančného pásma.Nahradenie technologických krokov vykonávaných ručne automatizovanými postupmi spojenými s elimináciou rizika kontaminácie produktov, so znížením chybovosti dávkovania sypkých hmôt. Cieľ bude dosiahnutý obstaraním, inštaláciou a zavedením do výroby automatizovaného dávkovača sypkých práškových hmôt Žiadateľa, keďže technologické kroky na tomto zariadení budú po zavedení plánovanej inovácie prebiehať v chránenej atmosfére, bez potreby zásahu do ich priebehu, čím bude zároveň dosiahnutý aj tretí cieľ.Zlepšenie hygieny práce znížením expozície pracovníkov v prostredí so zvýšenou prašnosťou, a tiež zabezpečenie zrovnoprávnenia pohlaví pri obsluhe zariadení vo výrobnom procese balenia, kde kvôli potrebe zabezpečenia prítlaku na uzávery obalov mohli doteraz pracovať len muži.
