The main objective of the project is to improve the learning outcomes of pupils at risk of school failure through newly created jobs due to problems in learning, behaviour or health problems. The present project is directly linked to the specific objective: 1.1.1 Increase inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and improve the outcomes and competences of children and pupils. Activities will respond to the needs of the target group, which contribute to equalising the disadvantage of pupils with special educational needs and pupils and ensuring equal opportunities in the education process. With regard to the specific objective of the OP, the main activities were also selected:1, creation of 2 posts for the post of teacher’s assistant.2, creation of 2 posts for inclusive tím:1-školský psychologist+ 1-special educator All posts will be employed from 1.9/2017 on an employment contract. The main activity of the project is the focus on the activity of teachers’ assistants. An integral part of the educational process is the teacher’s assistant, who is assigned to pupils with SVETs whose diagnosis is particularly necessary. The activities of the assistant are focused on immediate assistance and cooperation with the teacher in the classroom, facilitating the adaptation of the child and helping to overcome barriers. An important part of the activities of the assistant teacher is the preparation of teaching aids, accompanying the pupil also outside the classroom and in extracurricular activities. Second main activity: A special educator directly participates in the education and education of a pupil with health disadvantages in mainstream school. It is involved in the development of an individual training programme. In the process of teaching, the pupil provides individual special pedagogical, therapeutic and rehabilitation services. It provides consultation, advice and information to other school professionals and to the pupil’s parents. Where necessary, it cooperates with other advisory institutions, in particular the centre of special pedagogical counselling, the centre of pedagogical and psychological counselling, as well as doctors. Part of the second activity is a school psychologist. Its activities will focus on the following activities: Getting to know the pupil’s personality, paying particular attention to pupils with learning difficulties, those with behavioural disorders who are in crisis life situations. The aim and output of the activity of the teacher’s assistant will be activities leading to equal opportunities in the educational process. The aim and output of the main activity Inclusive Team will be to improve school results, which will be verified by the pupil label after the end of the programme. (English)

    Hlavným cieľom projektu je prostredníctvom novovytvorených pracovných miest zlepšiť študijné výsledky žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom z dôvodu problémov v učení, správaní, alebo zdravotných problémov. Predkladaný projekt priamo nadväzuje na špecifický cieľ: 1.1.1 Zvýšiť inkluzívnosť a rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a zlepšiť výsledky a kompetencie detí a žiakov. Na potreby cieľovej skupiny budú reagovať aktivity, ktoré prispievajú k vyrovnávaniu znevýhodnenia žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacímí potrebami a žiakov a zabezpečenie rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. S ohľadom na špecifický cieľ OP boli zvolené aj hlavné aktivity:1, vytvorenie 2 pracovných miest na poziciu asistenta učiteľa.2, vytvorenie 2 pracovnych miest pre inkluzívny tím:1-školský psychológ+1-špecialný pedagóg Všetky pracovné pozície budú zamestnané od 1.9 2017 na pracovnú zmluvu. Hlavna aktivita projektu je zameranie  sa na činnosť asistentov učiteľa. Neoddeliteľnou súčasťou výchovnovzdelávacieho procesu je asistent učiteľa, ktorý je pridelený k žiakom so ŠVVP, ktorých diagnózy si to osobitne vyžadujú. Aktivity asistenta sú zamerané na bezprostrednú pomoc a spoluprácu s učiteľom v triede, uľahčovanie adaptácie dieťaťa a pomoc pri prekonávaní bariér. Dôležitou súčasťou aktivít asistenta učiteľa je príprava učebných pomôcok, sprevádza žiaka aj mimo triedy a pri mimoškolských aktivitách. Druhá hlavná aktivita: Špeciálny pedagóg sa priamo podieľa na výchove a vzdelávaní žiaka so zdravotným znevýhodnením na bežnej škole. Podieľa sa na vypracovávaní individuálneho vzdelávacieho programu. V procese vyučovania poskytuje žiakovi individuálne špeciálno-pedagogické, terapeutické a rehabilitačné služby. Poskytuje konzultácie, rady a informácie ostatným odborným pracovníkom školy i rodičom žiaka. Podľa potreby spolupracuje s ostatnými poradenskými inštitúciami, predovšetkým s centrom špeciálno-pedagogického poradenstva, centrom pedagogicko – psychologického poradenstva, prípadne aj s lekármi. Súčasťou druhej aktivity je školský psychológ. Jeho aktivity budú zamerané na tieto činnosti:Spoznávať osobnosť žiaka, osobitnú pozornosť venovať žiakom s problémami v učení, žiakom s poruchami správania, ktorí sa nachádzajú v krízových životných situáciách. Cieľom a výstupom aktivity asistenta učiteľa budú činnosti vedúce k  zabezpečeniu rovnosti príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese. Cieľom a výstupom hlavnej aktivity Inkluzívny tím bude zlepšenie školských výsledkov, ktoré sa budú po ukončení programu overovať známkovaním žiakov. (Slovak)
