In primary education we have students with Down syndrome or developmental disorder of autistic apectra (Asperger syndrome, autism). These health handicaps require a special approach and professional knowledge of how to approach these pupils – the above facts were the first impulse for the project’s creation.The planned date of implementation of the project activities: September 2017-August 2020 (36 months).In the framework of the main activity of project No.1 “Supporting inclusion through teachers‘assistants for pupils with health disadvantages”, we plan to create two new posts as teachers’ assistants. The target group of the activity – in view of the fulfilment of the specified measurable indicator of the project, will be 7 pupils with SVVP on the basis of recommendations for assigning teacher assistants to pupils with disabilities. The aim of the activity of teachers’ assistants will be to create suitable conditions for education with an emphasis on the application of equal access to education and the subsequent improvement of school outcomes of pupils with special educational needs, which we will verify at the end of the project with the help of the results of the pupils. In the framework of the main activity of project No. 2 entitled “Supporting inclusion through a special pedagogue”, we plan to create a new post of special educator for pupils with SVC and for all other school pupils who will need the assistance of the above-mentioned worker. The target group within the activity – in view of the fulfilment of the specified measurable indicator of the project, will be 20 pupils with the SVVP, but it will also carry out its activities for all other school pupils. The aim of the activity is to improve the learning outcomes of pupils at risk of school failure. The output of the activity will be measurable on the basis of the classification, improvement of school results and status of pupils with special educational needs included in the main activities of the project. The target group of the project will be primarily pupils with special educational needs – 20 pupils with SCE – based on a defined measurable project indicator, the secondary target group will be all other school pupils who will use the results indirectly. The implementation of the main activities of the project will be provided by a qualified and experienced management team. The project is in line with the specific objectives corresponding to Priority Axis No. 1 Education and results defined within the specific objectives. We tried to set the values of measurable indicators of the project in real terms based on the current situation and the state of the school and on the basis of our past experience. Publicity of the project will be ensured in accordance with the manual for information and communication from the school’s own resources. As part of the project, we will not carry out public procurement to ensure the smooth running of the project – smooth and smooth implementation of the project. (English) | |||||||||||||||

V primárnom vzdelávaní máme žiakov s Downovým syndrómom či vývinovou poruchou autistického apektra (Aspergerov syndróm, autizmus). Tieto zdravotné znevýhodnenia si vyžadujú špeciálny prístup a odborné vedomosti, ako k týmto žiakom pristupovať – uvedené skutočnosti boli prvotným impulzom pre vznik projektu.Plánovaný termín realizácie aktivít projektu: september 2017-august 2020 (36 mesiacov).V rámci hlavnej aktivity projektu č.1 s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistentov učiteľa pre žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením plánujeme vytvoriť dve nové pracovné miesta asistentov učiteľa. Cieľovou skupinou v rámci aktivity – vzhľadom k naplneniu zadaného merateľného ukazovateľa projektu bude 7 žiakov so ŠVVP na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistentov učiteľa pre žiakov so zdravotným znevýhodnením. Cieľom aktivity zameranej na činnosť asistentov učiteľa bude utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu a následné zlepšenie školských výsledkov žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami, ktoré budeme na konci projektu overovať pomocou výsledkov žiakov.V rámci hlavnej aktivity projektu č. 2 s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom špeciálneho pedagóga plánujeme vytvoriť nové pracovné miesto špeciálneho pedagóga pre žiakov so ŠVVP a pre všetkých ostatných žiakov školy, ktorí budú potrebovať pomoc uvedeného pracovníka. Cieľovou skupinou v rámci aktivity – vzhľadom k naplneniu zadaného merateľného ukazovateľa projektu bude 20 žiakov so ŠVVP, no svoju činnosť bude realizovať aj pre všetkých ostatných žiakov školy. Cieľom aktivity je zlepšenie študijných výsledkov žiakov ohrozených školským neúspechom. Výstup aktivity bude merateľný na základe klasifikácie, zlepšenia školských výsledkov a stavu žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami zaradenými do hlavných aktivít projektu.Cieľovou skupinou projektu budú prioritne žiaci so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami – 20 žiakov so ŠVVP – na základe zadefinovaného merateľného ukazovateľa projektu, vedľajšou cieľovou skupinou budú všetci ostatní žiaci školy, ktorí budú výsledky projektu využívať nepriamo.Realizáciu hlavných aktivít projektu bude zabezpečovať kvalifikovaný a skúsený riadiaci tím. Projekt je v súlade so špecifickými cieľmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci špecifických cieľov.Hodnoty merateľných ukazovateľov projektu sme sa snažili nastaviť reálne na základe momentálnej situácie a stavu v škole a na základe našich skúseností z minulosti. Publicita projektu bude zabezpečená v súlade s manuálom pre informovanie a komunikáciu z vlastných zdrojov školy. V rámci projektu nebudeme realizovať verejné obstarávanie pre zabezpečenie bezproblémového chodu projektu – plynulej a bezproblémovej implementácie projektu. (Slovak)
