The aim of the project is to improve the social situation of marginalised Roma communities in the village of Mučín by improving the socio-economic integration of marginalised Roma communities into a full life, improving the coexistence of the population, the protection of property and the environment in the municipality of Mučín. As part of the project, the local civil order service will be employed in the municipality of Mučín, which will have four members. The activities they will carry out will be aimed at protecting public order in cooperation with the Police Force of the Slovak Republic in Lučenec, preventing conflicts, and contributing to the prevention of unlawful conduct. The civil service will focus on the protection of private and public property, the prevention of damage to property of MRC residents as well as other residents of the municipality and public property. They will focus on environmental protection, fire reporting, prevention of illegal behaviour in waste management, continuity and road safety.The implementation of the project will improve the coexistence and living conditions of the population in the village of Mučín. By carrying out activities aimed at preventing pollution and degradation of the common environment, the municipality will become more attractive to visitors, tourists and the inhabiting of a large number of abandoned houses, which will contribute to overall socio-economic development. The law enforcement service eliminates or eliminates the negative effects that currently result in delinquency, disorder, crime, training, etc. This will increase the protection of municipal as well as private property, legal awareness as well as civic coexistence in the village of Mučín. The target group of the project is members and residents of marginalised Roma communities in Mučín, with a population of 363 inhabitants and municipal employees working with marginalised Roma communities of four people. As a result, the implementation of the project will affect all inhabitants of the village of 735 persons. Measurable indicator – the number of employees providing assistance services will be 4 persons.The measurable indicator – the number of employees from the MRC providing assistance will be 3 persons (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cieľom projektu je zlepšenie sociálnej situácie marginalizovaných rómskych komunít v obci Mučín prostredníctvom, zlepšenia sociálno-ekonomickej integrácie marginalizovaných rómskych komunít do plnohodnotného života, skvalitnenia spolunažívania obyvateľstva, ochrany majetku a životného prostredia v obci Mučín.V rámci projektu bude v obci Mučín zamestnaná Miestna občianska poriadková služba, ktorá bude mať štyroch členov. Činnosti, ktoré budú vykonávať, budú zamerané na ochranu verejného poriadku v súčinnosti s Policajným zborom SR v Lučenci, budú predchádzať vzniku konfliktov, budú sa podieľať na prevencii protiprávneho správania. Poriadková služba sa bude zameriavať na ochranu súkromného a verejného majetku, predchádzanie poškodzovania majetku obyvateľov MRK ako aj ostatých obyvateľov obce a verejného majetku. Budú sa zameriavať na ochranu životného prostredia, ohlasovanie požiarov, prevenciu protiprávneho správania pri nakladaní s odpadmi, plynulosť a bezpečnosť cestnej premávky.Realizáciou projektu sa skvalitní spolunažívanie a životné podmienky obyvateľstva v obci Mučín. Realizáciou aktivít zameraných na predchádzanie znečistenia a znehodnotenia spoločného prostredia sa obec stane príťažlivejšia pre návštevníkov, turistov a obývanie veľkého počtu opustených domov, čo prispeje k celkovému sociálno-ekonomickému rozvoju. Prostredníctvom poriadkovej služby sa eliminujú, prípadne odstránia negatívne vplyvy, ktorých dôsledkom je v súčasnosti delikvencia, neporiadok, kriminalita, záškoláctvo a pod. Zvýši sa tým ochrana obecného, ako aj súkromného majetku, právne povedomie, ako aj občianske spolunažívanie v obci Mučín.Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú príslušníci a obyvatelia marginalizovaných rómskych komunít v obci Mučín v počte 363 obyvateľov a zamestnanci samosprávy pracujúci s marginalizovanými rómskymi komunitami v počte štyri osoby. V končenom dôsledku sa realizácia projektu dotkne všetkých obyvateľov obce v počte 735 osôb.
