The main objective of the project is to promote inclusive education in the Elementary School with Lisková by creating a post of assistant teacher.Specific objectives:1. Ensure equal access to quality education.2. Improve the educational performance of pupils with VET and support the development of their competences in primary school conditions.3. Create an environment for mutual cooperation at pupil level, teacher-pupil level and school-parent level.The project is aimed at implementing activities aimed at the joint education of pupils with SCE and intact pupils, which ensure equal opportunities in the educational process, aim at improving school success and develop the school’s cooperation with parents. The teacher’s assistant cooperates with the teacher and pupils in teaching, it directs the work of pupils with SVVP, contributes to the creation of mutual tolerance of the diverse needs of education, helps in preparation for teaching also within the school club, creates compensation aids and applies them to practice, consults parents and special educators, assists in extracurricular activities, within methodological association and subject committees professionally advises teachers on the issue. The assistant of the teacher is in direct contact with pupils, therefore he can accurately name the problems of pupils, advise parents and teachers, is an important element in the inclusion of the pupil.     Hlavným cieľom projektu je podporiť inkluzívne vzdelávanie v podmienkach ZŠ s MŠ Lisková vytvorením pracovného miesta asistenta učiteľa.Špecifické ciele:1. Zabezpečiť rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu.2. Zlepšiť výchovno-vzdelávacie výsledky žiakov so švvp a podporiť rozvoj ich kompetencií v podmienkach základnej školy.3. Vytvoriť prostredie pre vzájomnú spoluprácu na úrovni žiakov, úrovni učiteľ - žiak a úrovni škola - rodič.Projekt je zameraný na realizáciu aktivít smerujúcich k spoločnému vzdelávaniu žiakov so švvp a intaktných žiakov, ktoré zabezpečujú rovnosť príležitostí vo výchovno-vzdelávacom procese, zameriavajú sa na zlepšenie školskej úspešnosti žiakov a rozvíjajú spoluprácu školy s rodičmi.Asistent učiteľa spolupracuje s učiteľom a žiakmi na vyučovaní, usmerňuje prácu žiakov so švvp, prispieva k vytvoreniu vzájomnej tolerancie rôznorodých potrieb vzdelávania, pomáha pri príprave na vyučovanie aj v rámci školského klubu, vytvára kompenzačné pomôcky a aplikuje ich do praxe, konzultuje s rodičmi a špeciálnym pedagógom, asistuje aj pri mimoškolských aktivitách, v rámci metodického združenia a predmetových komisií odborne radí učiteľom v danej problematike.Asistent učiteľa je v priamom kontakte so žiakmi, preto vie presne pomenovať problémy žiakov, poradiť rodičom a učiteľom, je dôležitým prvkom pri inklúzii žiaka.
