The subject of the project is building-technical modifications of the existing building and its adaptation to the needs of the kindergarten with elements of inclusive education and building-technical adjustments to the area of the secondary school, including children’s playground in a closed area with the possibility of year-round operation, including elements of inclusive education, procurement of material and technical equipment of kindergartens and increasing the energy efficiency of the kindergarten buildings. The object is a detached one-storey building of the kindergarten, it was probably built in the 70s of the 20th century in the City of Bratislava-Podunajské Biskupice, Komárovska ul. No. 58, has a flat roof and a segmented floor plan of 443 m². The building also belongs to the area of 1351 m². As part of the reconstruction of the building, the internal layout of the premises will be changed. Perimeter and roof structures will be heat-technically sheathed also including details. The replacement of windows, floors and all medical and technical equipment and wiring, wiring, lightning conductor, ventilation and ventilation shall be carried out. They will build and arrange 3 classes for 56 children, kitchen, sanitary areas, office, dressing rooms, utility room.The object will connect with a new sewer connection to the already built public sewer. Sewerage is divided into fat and sewage. Rain sewerage is drained into drainage and sacks in the area of MŠ. The project deals with the relocation of an existing gas connection to a new position. The building will be connected to the existing electrical and water connection. The building modifications will also include repairs and remediation of static breakdowns of the construction in the sense of static assessment. Reconstruction will increase the energy performance of the building of the kindergarten.Fixed areas are solved with barrier-free access to the device. Fencing is original with the design of modifications in the part of the main entrance to the premises and the new goal. New landscaping, orchards are designed in the area, including playing elements and placing three poles on the surveillance system ostrahy.The part of the project is the acquisition of material and technical equipment of the kindergarten and its premises (furniture, playing elements, benches,...). Predmetom projektu sú stavebno-technické úpravy existujúceho objektu a jeho adaptácia pre potreby materskej školy s prvkami inkluzívneho vzdelávania a stavebno-technické úpravy areálu MŠ vrátane detského ihríska v uzavretom areály s možnosťou celoročnej prevádzky vrátane prvkov inkluzívneho vzdelávania, obstaranie materiálno-technického vybavenia materských škôl a zvyšovanie energetickej hospodárnosti budov materských škôl.Objekt je samostatne stojaca jednopodlažná budova materskej školy, bola postavená pravdepodobne v 70. rokov 20. storočia v Mestskej časti Bratislava-Podunajské Biskupice, na Komárovskej ul. č. 58, má plochú strechu a členitý pôdorys o veľkosti 443 m2. K budove prislúcha aj areál o rozlohe 1351 m2.V rámci rekonštrukcie budovy sa zmení vnútorná dispozícia priestorov. Obvodové a strešné konštrukcie budú teplo-technicky opláštené aj vrátane detailov. Vykoná sa výmena okien, podláh a všetkých zdravo-technických zariadení a rozvodov, elektroinštalácie, bleskozvodu, vetrania a vzduchotechniky. Vybudujú sa a zariadia 3 triedy pre 56 detí, kuchyňa, hygienické priestory, kancelária, šatne, technická miestnosť.Objekt sa pripojí novou kanalizačnou prípojkou na už vybudovanú verejnú kanalizáciu. Kanalizácia je delená na tukovú a splaškovú. Dažďová kanalizácia je vyvedená do drenáže a vsakov v areáli MŠ. Projekt riešipremiestnenie jestvujúcej plynovej prípojky do novej polohy. Stavba bude napojená na jestvujúcu elektrickú a vodovodnú prípojku. Súčasťou stavebných úprav budú aj opravy a sanácie statických porúch stavby v zmysle statického posudku. Rekonštrukciou sa zvýši energetická hospodárnosť budovy materskej školy.Spevnené plochy sú riešené s bezbariérovým prístupom do zariadenia. Oplotenie je pôvodné s návrhom úprav v časti hlavného vstupu do areálu a novej bránky. V areáli sú navrhnuté nové terénne úpravy, sadové úpravy vrátane hracích prvkov a umiestnenia troch stožiarov na kamerový systém ostrahy.Súčasťou projektu je obstaranie materiálno-technického vybavenia materskej školy a jej areálu (nábytok, hracie prvky, lavičky, ...).
