The aim of the project in the field of support of non-motorised transport is to increase the attractiveness and transport capacity of cycling transport prostredníctvom:vybudovania of a new, safe and accessible cycling communication, connecting the city of Prešov with the municipalities of Dulova Ves, Kokošovce, which are situated within the urban functional area of the city Prešov (MFO Prešov), the construction of additional infrastructure within the new cycling communication, the implementation of measures to calm transport, realisation of activities aimed at promoting cycling as a full-fledged way of transport within the city of Prešov and suburban areas.Project “Cykloželeznička Prešov – Zlatá Baňa” – I stage has defined three basic specific objectives: SC 1: Building a new, segregated cycle communication SC 2: Increase of the share of cycling in total transport within MFO Prešov ŠC 3: Increasing the attractiveness of cycling transport for the purpose of attending school and employmentThe fulfilment of the specific objectives of the project is ensured by the implementation of specific project activities. Main activities of the project:A. Construction of infrastructure for non-motorised transportA1 – Construction of a new cycling communication “Cykloželeznička Prešov – Zlatá Baňa” – Stage I – A2 – Installation of additional cycling infrastructure to the new cycling communication “Cykloželeznička Prešov – Zlatá Baňa” – Stage I – Building elements of calming transport within the framework of cycling communication “Cykloželeznička Prešov – Zlatá Baňa” – Phase I. Promotion and increase of the attractiveness of cycling transportB1 – Promoting and increasing the attractiveness of cycling transport Support activities projektu:Ide about activities related to the provision of public procurement process, project management, financial management and publicity of the project. The implementation of the project activities will increase the share of cycling in the overall division of transport work, create conditions for better and safer mobility of citizens, increase the safety of people using cycling communication and also increase the attractiveness of non-motorised transport. The project will also significantly contribute to an increase in the share of more environmentally friendly (non-motorised) transport in other modes of transport in transport to employment and education, with a positive environmental effect (reduction of air pollution, noise and vibration). Place of implementation of the project: Town Prešov, Municipality Dulova Ves, Municipality Kokošovce Expected duration of project implementation: 24 monthsThe intention after the end of the project is to continue the implementation of the second stage – the continuation of the construction of cycling communication in the cadastral area of Kokošovce to the village Zlatá Baňa with the intention of connecting with the submitted project “Cykloželzenička Prešov – Zlatá Baňa” – I.etapa. Cieľom projektu v oblasti podpory nemotorovej dopravy je zvýšenie atraktivity a prepravnej kapacity cyklistickej dopravy prostredníctvom:vybudovania novej, bezpečnej a dostupnej cyklistickej komunikácie, spájajúcej mesto Prešov s obcami Dulova Ves, Kokošovce, ktoré sú situované v rámci mestskej funkčnej oblasti mesta Prešov (MFO Prešov),vybudovania doplnkovej infraštruktúry v rámci novej cyklistickej komunikácie,realizácie opatrení na upokojovanie dopravy,realizácie aktivít zameraných na propagáciu cyklistickej dopravy ako plnohodnotného spôsobu prepravy v rámci mesta Prešov a prímestských oblastiach.Projekt "Cykloželeznička Prešov - Zlatá Baňa" – I. etapa má zadefinované tri základné špecifické ciele: ŠC 1: Vybudovanie novej, segregovanej cyklistickej komunikácie ŠC 2: Zvýšenie podielu cyklistickej dopravy na celkovej preprave v rámci MFO Prešov ŠC 3: Zvýšenie atraktivity cyklistickej dopravy za účelom dochádzky do školy a do zamestnaniaNapĺňanie uvedených špecifických cieľov projektu je zabezpečené realizáciou konkrétnych aktivít projektu. Hlavné aktivity projektu:A. Výstavba infraštruktúry pre nemotorovú dopravuA1 - Vybudovanie novej cyklistickej komunikácie "Cykloželeznička Prešov - Zlatá Baňa" - I. etapaA2 - Inštalácia doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry k novej cyklistickej komunikácii "Cykloželeznička Prešov - Zlatá Baňa" - I. etapaA3 - Budovanie prvkov upokojovania dopravy v rámci cyklistickej komunikácie "Cykloželeznička Prešov - Zlatá Baňa"- I. etapaB. Propagácia a zvyšovanie atraktivity cyklistickej dopravyB1 - Propagácia a zvyšovanie atraktivity cyklistickej dopravy Podporné aktivity projektu:Ide o aktivty súvisiace so zabezpečením procesu verejného obstarávania, projektového manažmentu, finančného manažmentu a publicity projektu. Realizáciou aktivít projektu dôjde k zvýšeniu podielu cyklistickej dopravy na celkovej deľbe dopravnej práce, budú vytvorené podmienky pre lepšiu a bezpečnejšiu mobilitu obyvateľov, zvýši sa bezpečnosť obyvateľov využívajúcich cyklistickú komunikáciu a taktiež dôjde k zvýšeniu atraktivity nemotorovej dopravy. Projekt výrazne prispeje aj k nárastu podielu ekologicky priaznivejšej (nemotorovej) dopravy na iných módoch dopravy pri preprave do zamestnania a za vzdelaním, s pozitívnym enviromentálnym efektom (zníženie miery znečistenia ovzdušia, hluku a vibrácií). Miesto realizácie projektu: Mesto Prešov, Obec Dulova Ves, Obec Kokošovce Predpokladaná dĺžka realizácie projektu: 24 mesiacovZámerom po ukončení projektu je pokračovať v realizácii II. etapy - pokračovanie výstavby cyklistickej komunikácie v katastrálnom území obce Kokošovce po obec Zlatá Baňa so zámerom prepojenia s predkladaným projektom "Cykloželzenička Prešov - Zlatá Baňa" - I.etapa. Realizácia projektu sleduje nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele, ktoré budú naplnené realizáciou hlavných aktivít projektu:Dĺžka nových úsekov cyklistických komunikácií – 6, 50823 kmPočet vytvorených prvkov doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry – 2Počet vybudovaných prvkov upokojovania dopravy – 3Počet zavedených propagačných aktivít – 2 (Slovak)
