The project is implemented on p. No. 727, 734, 733, 747, 746, 748, 741/1 in the village Čaklov (district Vranov nad Topľou, Prešov region). It addresses the improvement of the technical equipment of the village with the presence of MRC and the provision of social regeneration of neglected communities. The village has 2558 inhabitants, of which 1330 Roma. The project is in line with the OP HR global objective of promoting human resources development, lifelong learning and labour market integration and the specific objective of the challenge to improve access to quality education, including early childhood education and care. The aim of the project is the construction of a kindergarten in the centre of the village for children of pre-school age, partly by transferring them from the premises of the primary school, partly by increasing its capacity. The project responds to the identified problem of the municipality, which is the lack of capacity of the facility or the absence of its own premises. The kindergarten temporarily uses the premises of the primary school, where 3 classes are operated with a capacity of 60 pupils of which 35 Roma. The elementary school needs these spaces for its pedagogical – educational activity. Mandatory measurable indicators of the project are the capacity of the supported school infrastructure – 84 pupils, the number of pre-school facilities built – 1 and the number of children from CLLD attending the supported school infrastructure of kindergartens – 55 children. Projekt je realizovaný na p.č. 727, 734, 733, 747, 746, 748, 741/1 v obci Čaklov (okres Vranov nad Topľou, Prešovský kraj). Rieši zlepšenie technickej vybavenosti obce s prítomnosťou MRK a poskytovanie sociálnej regenerácie zanedbaných komunít. Obec má 2558 obyvateľov, z toho 1330 rómov. Projekt je v súlade s globálnym cieľom OP ĽZ čiže podporou rozvoja ľudských zdrojov, celoživotného učenia a ich začlenenia na trh práce a špecifickým cieľom výzvy ktorým je zlepšenie prístupu ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu vrátane vzdelávania a starostlivosti v ranom detstve. Cieľom projektu je výstavba materskej školy v centre obce pre deti predškolského veku, čiastočne ich presunom z priestorov základnej školy, čiastočne nárastom jej kapacity. Projekt reaguje na identifikovaný problém obce, ktorým je nedostatočná kapacita zariadenia resp. neexistencia vlastných priestorov. Materská škola dočasne užíva priestory základnej školy, kde sú prevádzkované 3 triedy s kapacitou 60 žiakov z toho 35 rómov. Základná škola potrebuje tieto priestory pre svoju pedagogicko - výchovnú činnosť. Povinnými merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu sú kapacita podporenej školskej infraštruktúry MŠ - 84 žiakov, počet postavených predškolských zariadení - 1 a počet detí z MRK, ktoré navštevujú podporenú školskú infraštruktúru materských škôl - 55 detí.
