The aim of the project is to promote the employability and employment of graduates through the acquisition and enhancement of work skills. The project will be implemented through two main activities: Main activity No. 1 will be aimed at securing a school graduate for the purpose of carrying out graduate practice for the employer and providing a financial flat-rate contribution for the implementation of graduate practice pursuant to Section 51 of Act No 5/2004 on employment services and amending certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Services Act). Main Activity No 2 will be aimed at providing a financial contribution to support job creation to an employer who accepts a job seeker (UoZ) from an eligible target group who has practised a graduate experience with the employer within the meaning of Section 51 of the Employment Services Act (hereinafter referred to as “graduate experience”). Main Activity No. 2 will be implemented in accordance with Section 54(1)(a) of the Employment Services Act. Target group projektu:NEET under 29 years of age, who at the time of entering the project meet the definition of graduate of the school within the meaning of § 8 of the Act on Employment Services, as amended. The target group of the project are not inactive young people, but young people kept in the register of the ÚPSVR. The implementation of the project increases employment, employability and participation of young people in the labour market, thereby contributing to the specific objective 2.1.1 of the OP HR. Cieľom projektu je podpora zamestnateľnosti a zamestnanosti absolventov škôl prostredníctvom získavania a prehlbovania pracovných zručností. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom dvoch hlavných aktivít: Hlavná aktivita č. 1 bude zameraná na zabezpečenie absolventa školy na účely vykonávania absolventskej praxe pre zamestnávateľa a poskytovanie finančného paušálneho príspevku na vykonávanie absolventskej praxe podľa § 51 zákona č. 5/2004 Z.z. o službách zamestnanosti a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov (ďalej len „zákon o službách zamestnanosti“). Hlavná aktivita č. 2 bude zameraná na poskytovanie finančného príspevku na podporu vytvárania pracovných miest zamestnávateľovi, ktorí príjme do pracovného pomeru uchádzača o zamestnanie (ďalej len „UoZ“) z oprávnenej cieľovej skupiny, ktorý u zamestnávateľa vykonával absolventskú prax v zmysle § 51 zákona o službách zamestnanosti (ďalej len „absolventská prax“). Hlavná aktivita č. 2 bude realizovaná v zmysle § 54 ods. 1 písm. a) zákona o službách zamestnanosti. Cieľová skupina projektu:NEET do 29 rokov, ktorí v čase vstupu do projektu spĺňajú definíciu absolventa školy v zmysle § 8 zákona o službách zamestnanosti v platnom znení.Cieľovou skupinou projektu nie sú neaktívni mladí ľudia, ale mladí vedení v evidencii ÚPSVR. Realizácia projektu zvyšuje zamestnanosť, zamestnateľnosť a účasť mladých ľudí na trhu práce, čím prispieva k napĺňaniu špecifického cieľa 2.1.1 OP ĽZ. Projekt bude realizovaný v rámci územia Slovenskej republiky, mimo Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja. (Slovak)
