| Property / summary: Predmetom projektu je preskúmanie inovačnej a technologickej uskutočniteľnosti a komerčného potenciállu navrhovaného riešenia technológie na výrobu proteínového koncentrátu z múk pseudocereálií (amarant, quinoa) na báze ultrafiltrácie.Ide o vysoko inovatívne riešenie z oblasti biotechnológií so širokými možnosťami uplatnenia v potravinárskej, aj chemickej výrobe.Cieľom projektu je spracovanie štúdie uskutočniteľnosti, ktorá bude podkladom pre uchádzanie sa o zdroje EÚ v rámci nástroja SME Instrument-2b EIC Pilot (grant and blended finance) v roku 2020. Projekt je realizovaný jednou hlavnou aktivitou Zapojenie MSP do Fázy 2 SME Instrument a jeho výstupom bude štúdia uskutočniteľnosti v zmysle požadovanej osnovy. | Property / summary: The object of the project is to explore the innovative and technological feasibility and commercial potential of the proposed solution for the production of protein concentrate from pseudocerea flours (amarant, quinoa) based on ultrafiltration. This is a highly innovative solution in the field of biotechnology with wide application possibilities in both food and chemical production. The aim of the project is to prepare a feasibility study that will feed into EU funding under SME Instrument-2b EIC Pilot (grant and blended finance) in 2020. The project is implemented by one main activity Engagement of SMEs in Phase 2 of the SME Instrument and its output will be a feasibility study according to the required curriculum.
