| Property / summary: Cieľom projektu bude vybudovať nové komunitné centrum v lokalite Orechov Dvor, ktorá sa nachádza v meste Nitra. Komunitné centrum (KC) v lokalite Orechov dvor v Nitre bude otvorený priestor na stretávanie sa ľudí, ktorý nikomu nepatrí. Cieľom zamestnancov KC bude obhajovať neutralitu v tomto priestore. KC má za cieľ spájať, ponúkať priestor, vítať možnosti a aktivitu miestnych ľudí. KC bude poskytovať bezpečný priestor pre stretávanie sa a rozvoj celej komunity. Výkon služieb v KC sa bude riadiť zákonom č. 448/2008 Z. z. o sociálnych službách a o zmene a doplnení zákona č. 455/1991 Zb. o živnostenskom podnikaní (živnostenský zákon) v znení neskorších predpisov. V KC sa budú poskytovať sociálne služby, vykonávať aktivity a zabezpečovať činnosti v zmysle § 24d zákona o sociálnych službách pre celú komunitu a taktiež pre občanov v nepriaznivej sociálnej situácií, ktorí sú ohrození sociálnym vylúčením, majú obmedzené schopnosti a možnosti sa spoločensky začleniť a samostatne riešiť svoje problémy pre zotrvávanie v priestorovo segregovanej lokalite s prítomnosťou koncentrovanej a generačne reprodukovanej chudoby. | Property / summary: The aim of the project will be to build a new community centre in Orechov Dvor, located in Nitra. The community centre (KC) in the Orechov court in Nitra will be open to meeting people, which belongs to no one. The aim of KC employees will be to defend neutrality in this space. The KC aims to connect, offer space, welcome the opportunities and activity of local people. The KC will provide a safe space for meeting and developing the entire community. The performance of services in the KC will be governed by Act No 448/2008 on social services and amending Act No 455/1991 on trade licensing (the Trade Licensing Act), as amended. The KC will provide social services, carry out activities and provide activities within the meaning of Section 24d of the Social Services Act for the whole community and also for citizens in adverse social situations who are at risk of social exclusion, have limited capacities and opportunities to socially integrate and solve their problems independently for remaining in a spatially segregated location with the presence of concentrated and generically reproduced poverty.
