Záměrem projektu je vybudování nového chodníku v obci Lipová ve směru Palič a směr Doubrava a vybudování a úprava souvisejícího veřejného osvětlení podél nových chodníků, které budou sloužit k propojení částí obce.Tímto projektem dojde především ke zvýšení bezpečnosti dopravy v obci Lipová, realizací projektu také dojde ke zvýšení atraktivnosti obce, zlepšení kvality života v obci a zlepšení dostupnosti nejen objektů občanské vybavenosti v obci.
