Předmětem projektu je zajištění dostupnosti celkem 4 druhů sociálních služeb - AD, STD, SASRD a DNPC poskytovaných pro osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením nebo osoby již sociálně vyloučené na území Jihočeského kraje. Cílem projektu je zajistit poskytování základních činností uvedených sociálních služeb dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách cílové skupině projektu dle potřeb definovaných ve Střednědobém plánu rozvoje sociálních služeb Jihočeského kraje na období 2019 - 2021.
