Dňom 15. 11. 2017 bol Občianskemu združeniu MAS LEV, o. z. udelené rozhodnutie o schválení stratégie miestneho rozvoja vedeného komunitou a o udelení štatútu miestnej akčnej skupiny s právoplatnosťou pre vznik oprávnených výdavkov na tzv. Chod MAS od 8. 12. 2017 v rámci opatrenia 19 - Podpora na miestny rozvoj v rámci iniciatívy LEADER, Podopatrenie 19.2 Podpora na vykonávanie operácií v rámci SMR vedeného komunitou. V tejto nadväznosti MAS LEV pristupuje k spracovaniu projektu v zmysle tejto výzvy Financovanie prevádzkových nákladov MAS spojených s riadením uskutočňovania stratégií CLLD, aby zabezpečilo plynulú implementáciu strategickej časti a dosiahnutie efektívneho naplnenia zadefinovaných cieľov stratégie prostredníctvom technicko-prevádzkového, organizačného, ekonomického riadenia nevyhnutných procesov. MAS LEV pritom vychádza zo skúsenosti z predchádajúceho programovacieho obdobia, kedy rovnako získala štatút. Od 1. 1. 2018 budú prevádzkový chod kancelárie MAS zabezpečovať traja pracovníci na plný úväzok. Odbornú garanciu poskytuje a koordináciu aktivít zabezpečuje predseda združenia. MAS LEV v tomto projekte deklaruje nielen skúsenosti, odborné zázemie, personálne obsadenie s požadovanou kvalifikáciou, ale i finančné cash-flow udržateľné po celú dobu implementácie, vie odhadnúť riziká a eliminovať ich vplyv a zaručiť tak pozitívne dopady realizácie projektu. On 15. 11. 2017 was granted a decision to approve the community-led local development strategy and to grant the status of a local action group to the LAG LEV, o. z., a decision to incur eligible expenditure for the so-called ‘Chod LAG’ from 8. 12. 2017 under measure 19 – Support for local development under LEADER, sub-measure 19.2 Support for the implementation of community-led SMR operations. In this follow-up, the LAG LEV proceeds to the processing of the project within the meaning of this call. Financing the running costs of the LAG associated with managing the implementation of CLLD strategies, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic part and the achievement of the defined objectives of the strategy through technical-operational, organisational, economic management of the necessary processes. In doing so, the LAG LEV is based on the experience of a previous programming period, when it also acquired the status. From 1. 1. 3 full-time staff will provide the operational running of the LAG’s office. The expert guarantee is provided and coordinated by the President of the Association. In this project, the LAS LEV declares not only experience, professional background, staffing with the required qualifications, but also financial cash-flow sustainable throughout the implementation period, is able to estimate the risks and eliminate their impact and thus guarantee the positive impacts of project implementation.
