| Property / summary: redkladaným projektom budeme riešiť inováciu výroby v spoločnosti MEPP s.r.o.,pričom aktivita prispeje aj inovácii produktov, ktoré spoločnosť vyrába. Nová technológia umožní vyrábať výrobky, ktoré spoločnosť MEPP s.r.o doteraz nevyrábala.Nová technológia nahradí niektoré súčasné stroje a je plne kompatibilná so súčasnou technológiou. Novou technológiou budeme vylisovať výlisky v sto percentnej kvalite, teda podľa požadovaných tolerancií výlisku. Odberateľ nebude strácať čas ďalším dolaďovaním produktu/nastroja na jeho lisoch. Dodávatelia pre automobilky budú časovo rýchlejší, flexibilnejší a to hlavne pri spúšťaní nových typov automobilov na trh. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je „ obstaranie nového Lisu Hidroliksan 1000T – s rozmerom stola 3000x1600 mm a obstaranie 2 ks rezačiek Fanuc_C600iA. Predmetom aktivity je zakúpenie modernej inovatívnej technológie, ktorá v plnej miere prispeje k inovácii výrobného procesu spoločnosti .Projekt prispeje k rastu konkurencieschopnosti podniku. | Property / summary: we will deal with the innovation of production in MEPP s.r.o. through the redeployment project, while the activity will also contribute to the innovation of the products produced by the company. The new technology will allow the production of products that MEPP s.r.o has not yet produced. The new technology will replace some of the current machines and is fully compatible with the current technology. With the new technology, we will extrude extrusions in one hundred percent quality, that is, according to the required tolerances of the molding. The customer will not waste time further fine-tuning the product/tool on its presses. Suppliers for automakers will be faster, more flexible, especially when launching new car types on the market. The main activity of the project is "procuring the new Lisa Hidroliksan 1000T – with a table size 3000x1600 mm and the acquisition of 2 pieces of Fanuc_C600iA cutting machines. The subject of the activity is the purchase of modern innovative technology, which will fully contribute to the innovation of the company’s production process.
