Για την ολοκλήρωση της φάσης της ανάπλασης στο υπαίθριο Θέατρο του Λιμανιού του Μεσολογγίου, έχουν σχεδιαστεί λα κατασκευαστούν :¦Ένα ενιαίο κτιριακό συγκρότημα, νότια του Θεάτρου, που θα εξυπηρετεί τις ανάγκες του θεάτρου και θα περιλαμβάνει Εκδοτήρια εισιτηρίων, Εντευκτήριο - Κυλικείο, καμαρίνια για τους ηθοποιούς, τουαλέτες για το κοινό και διαφορετικές τουαλέτες για τους ηθοποιούς,¦κατασκευή επιπλέον σειρών κερκίδων για τη διεύρυνση της χωρητικότητας του θεάτρου ,¦ κατασκευή νέας πτέρυγας με επιπλέον κερκίδες στα ανατολικά των υπαρχόντων και αποθηκευτικό χώρο κάτω από αυτές,¦μικρό κτίριο στο δυτικό τμήμα των κερκίδων που θα καλύπτει τις ανάγκες φωτισμού των σκηνικών και ηλεκτρολογικής υποστήριξης αυτών και θα μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και ως χώρος για τη μηχανή προβολής κινηματογράφου ,¦και διαμόρφωση και κατασκευή σκηνής, (μιάς και στο υπάρχον συγκρότημα που αποτελεί το θερινό Θέατρο, αυτή δεν υπάρχει), με τη κατασκευή κοίλου τοίχου με ανοίγματα για την είσοδο των ηθοποιών στο χώρο της ορχήστρας. Η ορχήστρα ανακατασκευάζεται σε απόσταση 2,50 μέτρα από την υπάρχουσα πρώτη σειρά καθισμάτων, με διάμετρο 14,60 μ. (Greek)
