| Property / summary: Predmetom predkladaného projektu spoločnosti ELMAX ŽILINA, a.s. so sídlom v Žiline, je obstaranie dlhodobého hmotného majetku – novej inteligentnej technológie - Laserového rezacieho stroja s automatizáciou, a to za účelom inovácie procesu delenia základného materiálu, pričom hlavnou aktivitou projektu bude „Podpora inteligentných inovácií“. Proces delenia materiálu predstavuje majoritnú časť výroby spoločnosti žiadateľa v súčasnosti a zároveň aj po realizácii projektu. Súčasťou novej technológie bude aj zavedenie prvkov inteligentných riešení ako Kyber-fyzikálne systémy (CPS), Digitálne dvojča (Digital Twin), Exponenciálne technológie, Priemyselné kamerové systémy (Machine Vision), strojové videnie, počítačové videnie, digitalizácia, automatizácia a robotizácia výrobného systému, Výrobné informačné systémy (Manufacturing execution systems - MES) a prediktívna údržba v rámci jedného funkčného celku, ktorý je jasne definovaný vstupom (kovovými plechmi) a výstupom fyzických produktov (kovových výrobkov). Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dôjde k počiatočnej investícii – Zásadná zmena celkového výrobného procesu existujúcej prevádzkarne, a to v meste Žilina, okres Žilina, vo vlastných výrobných priestoroch spoločnosti žiadateľa, kde bude nová technológia umiestnená. Taktiež dôjde k naplneniu nasledovných merateľných ukazovateľov: Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty - v počte 1,Počet inovovaných procesov - v počte 1. (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The subject of the project presented by ELMAX ŽILINA, a.s., based in Žilina, is the acquisition of long-term tangible assets – a new intelligent technology – Laser Cutting Machine with automation, in order to innovate the process of dividing the basic material, the main activity of the project will be “Supporting Intelligent Innovation”. The process of material partitioning represents the majority part of the applicant’s company’s production both now and after the implementation of the project. The new technology will include the introduction of intelligent solutions such as Cyber-physical Systems (CPS), Digital Twin (Digital Twin), Exponential Technologies, Industrial Camera Systems (Machine Vision), machine vision, computer vision, digitisation, automation and robotisation of the production system, Manufacturing execution systems (MES) and predictive maintenance within a single functional unit, which is clearly defined by input (metal sheets) and output of physical products (metal products). The implementation of the main activity of the project will lead to an initial investment – a fundamental change in the overall production process of the existing establishment, namely in the city of Žilina, Žilina, in the applicant’s own production premises, where the new technology will be located.
