| Property / summary: Hlavným cieľom žiadateľa je prostredníctvom zriadenia zariadenia starostlivosti o deti do troch rokov veku dieťaťa na komunitnej úrovni (ďalej aj „detské jasle“) zvýšiť kvalitu poskytovania verejných služieb s ohľadom na rozvoj ľudských zdrojov a sociálnu inklúziu. Špecifickým cieľom žiadateľa je prostredníctvom investícií do sociálnej infraštruktúry zvýšiť kvalitu života obyvateľov rovnakým štandardom verejných služieb a zlepšením ich dostupnosti. Opatrenia v oblasti sociálnej infraštruktúry smerujú k efektívnemu, vyváženému a trvalo udržateľnému rozvoju regiónu. Rozvoj v oblasti sociálnej infraštruktúry vedie k zvyšovaniu konkurencieschopnosti regiónu. Žiadateľ predloženým projektom zabezpečí efektívne a udržateľné poskytovanie verejných služieb z miestnej a regionálnej úrovne. Žiadateľ predloženým projektom plánuje zriadiť detské jasle s ambulantnou formou sociálnej služby na určitý čas. Kapacita vytvoreného zariadenia detských jasieľ bude v zmysle výzvy 20 miest. Žiadateľ plánuje podporiť starostlivosť o deti do troch rokov veku dieťaťa na komunitnej úrovni s cieľom vytvoriť podmienky pre zosúlaďovanie pracovného, rodinného života, resp. lepšieho začlenia žien na trh práce. Cieľovou skupinou žiadateľa je rodič alebo FO, ktorá má dieťa zverené do osobnej starostlivosti na základe rozhodnutia súdu, pripravujúci sa na povolanie štúdiom na strednej škole alebo na vysokej škole, pripravujúci sa na trh práce alebo vykonávajúci aktivity spojené so vstupom alebo s návratom na trh práce alebo vykonávajúci zárobkovú činnosť. Žiadateľ bude realizovať dve hlavné aktivity:„Zriadenie detských jaslí“ v rámci oprávnenej aktivity výzvy d) výstavba, rekonštrukcia a modernizácia zariadení služieb starostlivosti o dieťa do troch rokov veku ...„Energetická hospodárnosť“ v rámci oprávnenej aktivity f) opatrenia na zvýšenie energetickej hospodárnosti budovŽiadateľ bude realizovať hlavné aktivity projektu v termíne od 09/2019 do 09/2020 (13 mesiacov). Merateľné ukazovatele projektu:P0071 – Kapacita podporených zariadení starostlivosti o deti do troch rokov veku (20 miest) P0559 – Počet zariadení starostlivosti o deti do troch rokov veku (1) P0374 – Počet renovovaných verejných budov (1) P0614 – Podlahová plocha renovovaných verejných budov (370,80 m2) P0700 – Zníženie ročnej spotreby primárnej energie vo verejných budovách (48 574,80 kWh/rok) P0103 – Odhadované ročné zníženie emisií skleníkových plynov (9,689 t ekviv. CO2) Hlavné aktivity žiadateľa sú v súlade s výzvou na predkladanie ŽoNFP č. IROP-PO2-SC211-2018-34. Predmetom projektu žiadateľa sú stavebné práce týkajúce sa rekonštrukcie existujúceho objektu vo vlastníctve žiadateľa pre potreby zriadenia detských jasieľ v obci vrátane obstarania materiálno-technického vybavenia detských jaslí. Žiadateľ reaguje na potrebu zvýšiť dostupnosť a udržateľnosť poskytovanej sociálnej služby na komunitnej úrovni. Žiadateľ reaguje na potrebu rozvoja sociálnych služieb zameraných na podporu zosúlaďovania rodinného a pracovného života špecificky v spojení so službami starostlivosti o deti do 3 rokov.Žiadateľ predloženým projektom podporuje rozvoj komunitných sociálnych služieb, čím zabezpečí podporu rodičom a iným osobám zodpovedným za starostlivosť o dieťa. | Property / summary: The main objective of the applicant is to improve the quality of the provision of public services, taking into account the development of human resources and social inclusion, through the establishment of a childcare facility for children under three years of age at community level (hereinafter referred to as ‘children’s crèches’). The specific objective of the applicant, through investment in social infrastructure, is to increase the quality of life of the population by the same standard of public services and by improving their accessibility. Social infrastructure measures are geared towards efficient, balanced and sustainable development of the region. The development of social infrastructure leads to an increase in the competitiveness of the region. The applicant shall ensure the efficient and sustainable delivery of public services from local and regional level to the submitted project. With the submitted project, the applicant plans to establish an ambulatory nursery with an outpatient social service for a certain period of time. The capacity of the established crèche equipment will be in line with the call of 20 seats. The applicant plans to support the care of children under the age of three at community level in order to create conditions for reconciling work, family life or better integration of women into the labour market. The target group of the applicant is a parent or FO who has custody of the child by a court ruling, preparing for the profession by studying at a secondary school or college, preparing for the labour market or carrying out activities related to entry or return to the labour market or gainful employment. The applicant will carry out two main activities: ‘Establishment of children’s crèches’ within the eligible activity of call d) the construction, reconstruction and modernisation of childcare facilities up to three years of age...“Energy economy” within the eligible activity f) the measure to improve the energy performance of buildingsThe applicant will implement the main activities of the project between 09/2019 and 09/2020 (13 months). The subject of the applicant’s project is construction work related to the reconstruction of an existing building owned by the applicant for the needs of the establishment of children’s crèches in the village, including the acquisition of material and technical equipment for children’s crèches. The applicant responds to the need to increase the availability and sustainability of the social service provided at community level. The applicant responds to the need to develop social services aimed at promoting the reconciliation of family and working life specifically in conjunction with childcare services under 3 years of age.The applicant supports the development of community-based social services through the project submitted, thereby providing support to parents and other persons responsible for childcare.
