Spoločnosť Hostinec u robotníka, s.r.o. v prevádzke nachádzajúcej sa v Prešovskom samosprávnom kraji, okrese Prešov, obci Víťaz vytvorí 8 pracovných pozícií z cieľovej skupiny uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len UoZ) a 4 pracovné pozície pre znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len ZUoZ) tak, aby boli zabezpečené všetky potreby žiadateľa. Žiadateľ pôsobí v oblasti pohostinskej činnosti s možnosťou stravovania. Žiadateľ v rámci predkladaného projektového zámeru na zamestnanie UoZ chce podporiť 4 ZUoZ - občanov starších ako 50 rokov veku. Hlavná aktivita projektu:Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce vykonaná v dvoch častiach:Vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZZamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s možnosťou využitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnostiŽiadateľ vytvorí pracovné pozície:- hlavný kuchár / hlavná kuchárka pre 1 UoZ- kuchár / kuchárka pre 2 UoZ- hlavný čašník / hlavná čašníčka 1 UoZ- donáškar / donáškarka jedla 1 UoZ- hlavný účtovník / hlavná účtovníčka 1 UoZ- skladník / skladníčka 1 UoZ- personalista / personalistka 1 UoZ- vedúci / vedúca prevádzky 1 UoZ- upratovač / upratovačka 1 UoZ- čašník / čašníčka 2 UoZ Dĺžka realizácie projektu: 19 mesiacovZačiatok realizácie projektu: 5/2019Koniec realizácie projektu: 11/2020 Žiadateľ v máji 2019 vykoná Vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ na plánované pracovné pozície. V priebehu 12 (UoZ) resp. 18 (ZUoZ) kalendárnych mesiacov a to od júna 2019 do mája resp. novembra 2020 bude zamestnávať UoZ a ZUoZ na pracovných pozíciách s cieľom zvýšiť zamestnanosť, zamestnateľnosť a znížiť nezamestnanosť s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby.
