Predkladaný projekt Zvýenie počtu zamestnancov v spoločnosti RIMI-Security Bardejov, s.r.o. sa zameriava na podporu vytvárania nových pracovných miest v spoločnosti RIMI-Security, prostredníctvom zamestnávania uchádzačov o zamestnanie.Hlavnou aktivitou je teda Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce. Ciežom projektu je v súlade s intervenčnou logikou programovej truktúry zvýi zamestnanos, zamestnatežnos a zníi nezamestnanos s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starích a zdravotne postihnuté osoby.Projekt je plánovaný na 36 mesiacov, pričom iadatež plánuje zamestna novoprijatých zamestnancov v 3 etapách po 12 mesiacov. Spolu teda príjme 12 zamestnancov počas doby realizácie projektu. (Slovak)

The proposed project to increase the number of employees in RIMI-Security Bardejov, s.r.o. aims to support the creation of new jobs in RIMI-Security through the employment of jobseekers. The main activity is thus Supporting the application of UoZ and Zuoz in the labour market. In line with the intervention logic of the programme structure, the project aims to increase employment, employment and reduce unemployment, with special emphasis on the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, the elderly and the disabled. The project is planned for 36 months, while the applicant plans to employ newly recruited employees in 3 stages after 12 months. A total of 12 employees will therefore be recruited during the project implementation period. (English)
