| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu s názvom Podpora zamestnatežnosti vo firme Elusia,s.r.o. je poskytnú 12 uchádzačom o zamestnanie monos udratežného a kvalitného zamestnania a tým zvýi zamestnanos, ich zamestnatežnos a zlepi ich postavenie na trhu práce.. Tieto opatrenia prispejú k plneniu pecifického cieža výzvy - zvýia zamestnanos, zamestnatežnos a zníia nezamestnanos, pričom v projekte sa sústreďujeme aj na znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ZUoZ)iadatežom je firma ELUSIA, s.r.o. mikropodnik pôsobiaca v odvetví obchodu so svietidlami, ktorá chce otvori v meste Koice, v okrese Koice, v Koickom kraji svoju pobočku vzorkovú predajňu. Potreba zamestna UoZ vznikla na základe plánovaného rozírenia podnikatežských aktivít a potreby otvorenia pobočky. Spoločnos má u viac rokov otvorenú pobočku predajňu v Prahe a trby v Českej republike stúpli niekožkonásobne. Naa spoločnos získava na Slovenskom trhu pozíciu pomaly a postupne a to chceme zmeni.Zvýenie predpokladov uplatnenia sa UoZ/ZUoZ na trhu práce, bude realizované formou mentorskej činnosti novoprijatých zamestnancov.Ciežovú skupinu v rámci projektu tvoria :Uchádzač o zamestnanie UoZ podža podža § 6 zákona o slubách zamestnanostiZnevýhodnený uchádzač o zamestnanie ZuoZ podža § 8 zákona o slubách zamestnanostiÚzemím, na ktorom sa bude realizova projekt, ktorý je predmetom iadosti je Koický kraj, okresy Koice I-IV ( Koice mesto ), ale aj Koice-okolie a ilinský kraj, okres ilina a mesto ilina. Pracovníkov budeme potrebova prija aj na miesta súvisiace s novou pobočkou - predajňou v Koiciach a v ústredí firmy v iline a zároveň do koickej predajne budeme žudí hžada a prijíma ich aj z okresu Koice okolie, pretoe v okrese Koice mesto je niia nezamestnanos a menia ponuka vožnej pracovnej sily. V rámci projektu budú realizované nasledovné aAktivity:Hlavnou aktivitou bude :Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práceTáto aktivita sa bude realizova počas 24 mesiacov, v dvoch na seba nadväzujúcich častiach :vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZzamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s monosou vyuitia mentorskej činnostiNá projekt ponúkne pre UoZ a ZUoZ vysoko kvalifikované zamestnanie s monosou osobného rozvoja a kariérneho rastu. Naa spoločnos plánuje týchto zamestnaných ZUoZ vzdeláva a vies ich v ďalom profesionálnom raste. V naom projekte zamestnáme 12 UoZ, z toho 4 znevýhodnených UoZ , ktorí sú znevýhodnenými Podža § 8, písmeno :a) občan mladí ako 26 rokov veku, ktorý ukončil prísluným stupňom vzdelania sústavnú prípravu na povolanie v dennej forme túdia pred menej ako dvomi rokmi a od jej ukončenia nemal pravidelne platené zamestnanie (ďalej len absolvent koly),g) občan, ktorý ije ako osamelá dospelá osoba s jednou alebo viacerými osobami odkázanými na jeho starostlivos alebo starajúca sa aspoň o jedno diea pred skončením povinnej kolskej dochádzkyb) občan starí ako 50 rokov vekuÚspenou realizáciou projektu a splnením cieža projektu dosiahneme kvantitatívne výsledky vo forme meratežných ukazovatežov, zadefinovaných v OP źZ: P0097 Nezamestnané osoby vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnanýchP0109 Osoby vo veku nad 50 rokovP0638 Účastníci, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The aim of the project “Supporting employment in the company Elusia, s.r.o.” is to provide 12 jobseekers with monos of high quality employment and thus increase their employment, their employment and their position on the labour market. These measures will contribute to the specific objective of the challenge – increasing employment, employment and reducing unemployment, and in the project we also focus on disadvantaged jobseekers (Zuoz)iadate, the company Elusia, s.r.o. is a micro-enterprise active in the lighting business sector, which wants to open a sample store in Koice, Koice district, Koice region. The need to employ UoZ arose from the planned expansion of business activities and the need to open a branch. The company has an open branch office in Prague for more years, and the trunks in the Czech Republic have risen several times. Our company acquires a position in the Slovak market slowly and gradually, and we want to change this. Increasing the prerequisites for the application of UoZ/Zuoz in the labour market will be implemented through mentoring activities of newly recruited employees.The target group within the project tvoria:Uchádzač for employment UoZ under Section 6 of the Act on employment servicesDifferentiated jobseeker Zuoz pursuant to Section 8 of the Employment Services ActThe territory on which the project, which is subject to request, is Koický kraj, Koice I-IV (Koice City), but also Koice-okolie and the ilina region, ilina and town ilina. We will also need workers for places related to the new branch – the shop in Koice and at the headquarters of the company in ilina, and at the same time we will be people in the Koice store and accept them from the Koice district surroundings, because in Koice district the town is unemployed and changing the supply of free labour. Within the project the following aAktivity:Hlavnou activity bude:Podpora application of UoZ and Zuoz on the labour marketThis activity will be realised within 24 months, in two successive parts: requesting and selecting UoZ and ZUoZ employing UoZ and Zuoz with a monosuit of mentoring activityOne project will offer highly qualified employment for UoZ and Zuoz with a monoscope of personal development and career development. Our company plans to educate these employed Zuoz and guide them in further professional growth. In our project, we will employ 12 UoZs, of which 4 disadvantaged UoZs, who are disadvantaged under Section 8, (a): (a) a citizen who has completed the relevant level of education and training for a full-time occupation less than two years ago and has not regularly paid employment (hereinafter referred to as a graduate of the school), (g) a citizen who lives as a single adult with one or more persons reliant on his care or caring for at least one child before the end of the day. compulsory school attendanceb) a citizen over 50 years of ageSuccessful implementation of the project and meeting the objective of the project will achieve quantitative results in the form of measurement indicators defined in OP źZ: P0097 Unemployed, including long-term unemployedP0109 Persons over the age of 50P0638 Participants in employment, including self-employed, at the time of departure (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
