Spoločnos SYTELI, s. r. o. v sídle spoločnosti nachádzajúcom sa v Koickom samosprávnom kraji vytvorí 8 pracovných pozícií z ciežovej skupiny uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len UoZ) tak, aby boli zabezpečené vetky potreby spoločnosti SYTELI, s. r. o. s ciežom podpori zamestnanos a zamestnatežnos UoZ a zlepi ich postavenie na trhu práce za podpory mentorskej činnosti. iadatež má v pláne podpori uplatnenie sa na pracovnom trhu UoZ s odbornými vedomosami s ciežom zvýi ich pracovné skúsenosti, vedomosti a zručnosti, čo prispeje k ich vyej kvalifikácii na trhu práce a uplatnitežnosti v oblasti bezpečnostných a informačných technológií. iadatež plánuje zamestna osoby v sídle spoločnosti a to v njmenej rozvinutom okrese Michalovce a na prevádzke so sídlom v Koiciach, kde osloví UoZ z okolia Koíc kde je vysoká miera nezamestnanosti. Hlavná aktivita projektu:Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce vykonaná v dvoch častiach:Vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZZamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s monosou vyuitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti Dĺka realizácie projektu: 19 mesiacovZačiatok realizácie: 3/2019Koniec realizácie: 9/2020 Ciežová skupina: UoZ a ZUoZ iadatež v 3/2019 vykoná vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ z CS. V období od 4/2019 do 3/2020 resp. do 9/2020 bude UoZ a ZUoZ zamestnáva za podpory ESF v objeme celkovej ceny práce (CCP) za 8 UoZ. | Property / summary: The company SYTELI, s. r. o., which will employ UoZ as part of the project SYTELI, will create 8 new jobs for the target group of the UoZ and Zuoz project. SYTELI, s.r.o. will create 8 jobs from the target group of jobseekers (hereinafter referred to as UoZ) at the headquarters of the company located in the Coick Self-Governing Region, so as to ensure all the needs of SYTELI, s.r.o. with a view to promoting employment and the employment of UoZ and failing their position on the labour market with the support of mentoring activities. In order to increase their work experience, knowledge and skills, this will contribute to their skills in the labour market and their application in the field of security and information technology. The applicant plans to employ persons in the headquarters of the company, in the least developed district of Michalovce and in the operation based in Koice, where UoZ from the surroundings of Koice, where there is a high unemployment rate, will be approached.
