Obiectivul general al proiectului este creșterea participării și a nivelului de educație pentru elevi, studenți și cadre didactice, in special pentru grupurile vulnerabile, organizat în cadrul Universității Tehnice "Gheorghe Asachi" din Iași, în perioada 2019-2021, prin asigurarea de sprijin financiar studenților și elevilor, creșterea atractivității ofertei educaționale și îmbunătățirea competențelor cadrelor didactice. Proiectul propus prezinta o abordare integrata a celor 3 obiective specifice prevazute, astfel, - pentru O.S.6.7 se propune cuprinderea unui numar de 800 de persoane, respectiv 300 de elevi din regiunea NE (din care 100 vor fi din categoria celor mai defavorizati) si 500 studenti din care cel putin 75% vor fi din zona rurala/netraditionali/romi/CES. Activitatile prevazute pentru realizarea acestui obiectiv O.S. 6.7 sunt integrate in cadrul Activitatii 2, ce cuprinde mai multe subactivitati, respectiv subactivitatea 2.1 care se refera la informarea si consilierea unui numar de 300 de elevi din judetele regiunii NE in vederea cresterii ratei de absolvire a studiilor secundare si orientarea acestora spre continuarea studiilor la nivel tertiar; subactivitatea 2.2 prevede activitati remediale pentru 100 de elevi defavorizati, timp de 12 luni, pentru elevi care au probleme in absolvirea studiilor secundare; subactivitatea 2.3 prevede activitati comune in care vor fi implicati elevi, studenti si profesori de la Universitatea Tehnica, prin care elevii vor vizita campusul studentesc si Universitatea, unde vor testa ceea ce inseamna sa fii student la TUIasi; subactivitatea 2.4 prevede participarea celor 500 de studenti la activitati de informare-consiliere in vederea în vederea cresterii participarii si a nivelului de educatie, in special pentru grupurile defavorizate, urmarindu-se in mod special diminuarea numarului de studenti care au dificultati legate de integrarea in mediul academic, respectiv de insertie pe piata muncii dupa finalizarea studiilor; subactivitatea 2.5 conduce direct la realizarea obiectivelor programului, respectiv derularea programului de cursuri antreprenoriale precum si la participarea la alegere la una din cele patru oferte educationale care vor fi dezvoltate prin intermediul proiectului; subactivitatea 2.6 care presupune recrutarea grupului tinta de elevi si studenti precum si acordarea de burse/subventii pentru 100 de elevi timp de 6 luni, cate 200 lei/luna si 448 studenti care vor beneficia timp de 3 semestre (ultimele din anii de studii) de o bursa de 250 lei/luna. In cadrul acestei activitati se vor atinge indicatorii 4S100 = 500 studenti si 4S95 = 500 (respectiv 100%). - pentru O.S.6.9 se propune cuprinderea a 80 de cadre didactice in cadrul unui program postuniversitar de formare si dezvoltare profesionala continua in vederea dezvoltarii de competente, atât in domeniul antreprenoriatului inovativ derulat in cadrul Universitatii Tehnice Iasi, cât și în ceea ce privește dezvoltarea de competențe didac (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the participation and level of education for pupils, students and teachers, especially for vulnerable groups, organised within the Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” in Iasi, between 2019 and 2021, by providing financial support to students and students, increasing the attractiveness of the educational offer and improving the competences of teachers. The proposed project presents an integrated approach to the 3 specific objectives set out thus – for O.S.6.7 it is proposed to include a number of 800 people, respectively 300 students from the NE region (of which 100 will be in the category of the most disadvantaged) and 500 students from which at least 75 % will be from rural/non-traditional/Roma/CES area. The activities foreseen to achieve this objective O.S. 6.7 are integrated into Activity 2, which includes several sub-activities, namely sub-activity 2.1 which refers to the information and counseling of 300 students in the counties of the NE region in order to increase the attainment rate of secondary education and their orientation towards the continuation of studies at third level; sub-activity 2.2 provides remedial activities for 100 disadvantaged students for 12 months for students who have problems graduating from secondary education; subactivity 2.3 provides joint activities involving students, students and professors from the Technical University, through which students will visit the student campus and the University, where they will test what it means to be a student at TUIasi; sub-activity 2.4 provides for the participation of the 500 students in information-advice activities in order to increase participation and level of education, especially for disadvantaged groups, with the aim of reducing the number of students who have difficulties in integrating into the academic environment, namely insertion into the labour market after the completion of their studies; sub-activity 2.5 directly leads to the achievement of the objectives of the program, namely the implementation of the entrepreneurial courses program as well as participation in one of the four educational offers that will be developed through the project; subactivity 2.6 which involves recruiting the target group of students and students as well as awarding scholarships/subsidies for 100 students for 6 months, 200 lei/month and 448 students who will benefit for 3 semesters (the last of the years of study) from a scholarship of 250 lei/month. Within this activity, indicators 4S100 = 500 students and 4S95 = 500 (respectively 100 %) will be reached. — for O.S.6.9 it is proposed to include 80 teachers in a postgraduate program of training and continuous professional development in order to develop competences, both in the field of innovative entrepreneurship developed within the Technical University of Iasi, as well as in the development of didac skills (English)
