    Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta imbunatatirea utilitatii sistemului educational universitar pentru piata muncii prin dezvoltarea de sisteme de invatare bazate pe munca in vederea cresterii numarului de absolventi care isi gasesc un loc de munca la absolvirea studiilor universitare asigurand un proces integrat, complet si eficient de tranzitie de la scoala la viata activa. Obiectivul se integreaza perfect in cadrul obiectivului general POCU 2014-2020 datorita faptului ca vizeaza ocuparea fortei de munca, reducerea saraciei precum si cresterea competitivitatii fortei de munca din Romania. Elementele concrete care contribuie la cele anterior amintite deriva din rezultatele proiectului. 325 de studenti participa la stagii de pratica si nu in ultimul rand 128 absolventi vor beneficia de un loc de munca in urma participarii la activitatile proiectului. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului tematic 10 deoarece vizeaza investitii in domeniul educatiei si formarii profesionale precum si un transfer de competente practice catre studentii inmatriculati in sistemul national de invatamant. Stagiile de practica reprezinta investitii in domeniul educatiei. De asemenea, proiectul este sinergic cu prioritatea de investitii 10 iv deoarece vizeaza dezvoltarea de sisteme de invatare bazate pe munca precum si cresterea relevantei sistemului educational in relatia cu piata muncii. Parteneriatul creat intre un angajator de profil si o universitate concomitent cu asigurarea unui cadru de invatare la locul de munca reprezinta elemente concrete de implementare a prioritatii de investitii 10 iv. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului 6.13 deoarece vizeaza intr-o maniera directa cresterea numarului de absolventi care isi gasesc un loc de munca in urma participarii la activitati de invatare intr-unul din domeniile specifice SNC. In cadrul proiectului 325 persoane vor participa la stagii de practica, 234 vor dobandi o calificare la incetarea calitatii de participant iar 128 isi vor gasi un loc de munca la incetarea calitatii de participant. Proiectul asigura astfel un cadru de invatare de la general la particular care implica invatare la locul de munca dar si o legatura coerenta intre competentele solicitate de un angajator si cele furnizate in cadrul sistemului educational. Parteneriatul creat intre solicitant si angajator integreaza toate elementele necesare asigurarii unei legaturi clare intre mediul universitar si angajatori, referindu-ne aici la sinergia in ceea ce priveste competentele solicitate la angajare, modalitatea de transfer a acestor competente si instrumentele de transfer, adaptarea absolventului la specificul angajatorului precum si transferul de la scoala la viata activa dupa absolvire. Proiectul vizeaza o abordare integrata si in acelasi timp inovativa atat in relatia cu studentii care fac parte din grupul tinta cat si in ceea ce priveste universitatea promotoare.     The general objective of the project is to improve the utility of the university education system for the labor market by developing work-based learning systems in order to increase the number of graduates who find a job upon graduation of university studies, ensuring an integrated, complete and efficient transition process from school to active life. The objective fits perfectly within the general objective POCU 2014-2020 due to the fact that it aims at employment, poverty reduction as well as increasing the competitiveness of the Romanian workforce. The concrete elements contributing to the above derive from the results of the project. 325 students participate in pratica internships and last but not least 128 graduates will benefit from a job following the participation in the project activities. The project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 10 because it aims to invest in the field of education and training as well as a transfer of practical skills to students registered in the national education system. Internships are investments in the field of education. The project is also synergistic with investment priority 10 iv because it aims to develop work-based learning systems as well as to increase the relevance of the educational system in relation to the labour market. The partnership created between a professional employer and a university while providing a workplace learning framework is concrete elements of implementing investment priority 10 iv. The project contributes to the achievement of objective 6.13 because it directly aims to increase the number of graduates who find a job after participating in learning activities in one of the specific fields of CNS. Within the project 325 people will participate in internships, 234 will acquire a qualification to cease the quality of participant and 128 will find a job at the end of the participant’s quality. The project thus provides a learning framework from general to private that involves learning in the workplace but also a coherent link between the competences required by an employer and those provided within the educational system. The partnership created between the applicant and the employer integrates all the elements necessary to ensure a clear link between the university and the employers, referring here to the synergy regarding the competences required for employment, the way of transferring these competences and the transfer tools, adapting the graduate to the specifics of the employer as well as the transfer from school to active life after graduation. The project aims at an integrated and innovative approach both in the relationship with the students who are part of the target group and in terms of the promotional university.
