| Property / summary: Hlavným realizátorom projektu je ÚVZ SR, ktorý je rozpočtová organizácia tátu s pôsobnosou pre územie Slovenskej republiky. ÚVZ SR má dostatočné kapacity, aby navrhované projekty úspene realizoval podža navrhovaného postupu. Do projektu bude vstupova aj partner - Národné centrum zdravotníckych informácií, pričom jeho úlohou je hlavne zabezpeči komunikáciu s vybranými pouívatežmi (napríklad zdravotné poisovne) údajov verejného zdravotníctva a vybraných sluieb verejného zdravotníctva. Ciele národného projektu vyjadrujú snahu po adresovaní problémov a dosiahnutia pokroku v prioritných oblastiach. Ciele je mone deli do dvoch kategórií: 1. Zlepenie verejného zdravia populácie, na základe fungujúcemu systému verejného zdravotníctva (so zameraním na prioritné oblasti). 2. Zlepenie fungovania verejného zdravotníctva. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom nasledujúcich opatrení: Digitalizácia procesov, Nové interaktívne sluby, Optimalizácia riadenia verejného zdravotníctva, Údaje sa budú transparentne zverejňova a Zmení sa spôsob práce regulácia 2.0.Optimalizované postupy a ich informačné technológie (ďalej len IT) podpora v oblasti verejného zdravotníctva budú ma pozitívny vplyv v oblasti verejného zdravotníctva, čo môe zníi výdavky tátu na poskytovanie zdravotnej starostlivosti v dlhodobom horizonte. | Property / summary: The main project promoter is the PHA SR, which is the budgetary organisation of the State with competence for the territory of the Slovak Republic. The PHA has sufficient capacity to successfully implement the proposed projects under the proposed procedure. The project will also be joined by a partner – the National Centre of Health Information, whose task is mainly to ensure communication with selected users (for example, health services) of public health data and selected public health services. The objectives of the national project reflect efforts to address problems and make progress in priority areas. The objectives are Mone divided into two categories: 1. Improving public health of the population, based on a functioning public health system (focusing on priority areas). 2. Improving the functioning of public health. The project will be implemented through the following measures: Digitalisation of processes, New interactive services, Optimisation of public health management, Data will be published transparently and Regulation 2.0 will change the way of work.Optimised procedures and their information technology (IT) support in the field of public health will have a positive impact in the area of public health, which may reduce the state’s spending on healthcare provision in the long term.
