| Property / summary: Ciežom projektu je zvýenie a dlhodobé udranie pracovných miest opatrovateliek, čo udrí poskytovanie a podporí rozvoj opatrovatežskej sluby organizácie a takto prispeje k pecifickému ciežu: prechodu intitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivos. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je poskytovanie opatrovatežskej sluby v zmysle zákona o sociálnych slubách. Ciežovou skupinou sú deti (maloleté osoby) a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorým sa poskytujú sociálne sluby a zároveň zamestnanci vykonávajúci politiky a opatrenia v oblasti sociálneho začlenenia vo verejnom aj neverejnom sektore. Podpornými aktivitami sú riadenie, administrácia projektu, publicita a informovanos o projekte. Miestom realizácie projektu je Trnavský kraj. Meratežnými ukazovatežmi sú počet podporovaných kapacít nových, inovatívnych sluieb alebo opatrení na komunitnej úrovni, v domácom prostredí, otvorenom prostredí alebo náhradnom prostredí a počet projektov zameraných na verejné správy alebo sociálne sluby na vnútrotátnej, regionálnej a miestnej úrovni. Projekt vytvorí vhodné prostredie pre zachovanie, obnovu alebo rozvoj schopnosti fyzických osôb odkázných na pomoc iných osôb a ich rodín vies samostatný ivot. Realizácia projektu prispeje k zabezpečeniu práva občanov na poskytnutie opatrovatežskej sluby. Klientom vytvorí podmienky pre zotrvanie v prirodzenom prostredí v rodine a komunite. | Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase and sustain long-term care workers’ jobs, which will strike the provision and support the development of the organisation’s care service and thus contribute to the specific objective of: the transition of institutional to community-based care. The main activity of the project is the provision of care services within the meaning of the Social Services Act. The objective group is children (minors) and adults who are provided with social services and employees implementing social inclusion policies and measures in both the public and non-public sectors. Supporting activities are project management, administration, publicity and information about the project. The place of implementation of the project is Trnavský kraj. Measurement indicators are the number of supported capacities of new, innovative services or measures at community level, at home, in an open environment or in a substitute environment, and the number of projects targeting public administrations or social services at national, regional and local level. The project will create a suitable environment for the preservation, restoration or development of the ability of natural persons dependent to help others and their families to live independently. The implementation of the project will contribute to ensuring the right of citizens to provide a care service. It will create conditions for clients to remain in the natural environment in the family and community. The project will be implemented from November 2018 to December 2020.
