| Property / summary: Hlavným ciežom projektu Podpora technologickej a inovačnej úrovne v spoločnosti 3PACK PLASTICS s.r.o. prostredníctvom zvýenia kvality a efektivity výrobného a technologického procesu je inovácia procesu výroby plastových výliskov do automobilového priemyslu z plastových granulátov implementáciou dvoch z prvkov inteligentných rieení - Automatizácia výrobného procesu a Robotizácia výrobného procesu. Automatizácia výrobného procesu bude implementovaná za účelom zvýenia efektívnosti a účinnosti prevádzky elimináciou rutinných, monotónnych, zdraviu zaaujúcich a na presnos náročných úkonov. Robotizácia výrobného procesu bude spočíva v nasadení automatických zariadení, ktoré dokáu opakovane a vo vysokej kvalite vykonáva činnosti vo výrobe, a to pri kvalite a rýchlosti, ktorá koreponduje s poiadavkami na zvyovanie konkurencieschopnosti, vrátane technológie umoňujúcej samostatnú prácu naprogramovaných robotov. Hlavnou aktivitou plánovaného projektu bude Podpora inteligentných inovácií. Projekt bude realizovaný na adrese Dolné Hony 435/21 , Nitra 949 01, konkrétne na parcele č. 1053/29 evidovanej na Liste vlastníctva č. 7909.Realizáciou projektu budú dosiahnuté nasledovné meratežné ukazovatele:Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú granty ciežová hodnota 1Počet inovovaných procesov ciežová hodnota 1 (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The main objective of the project Promoting the technological and innovation level in 3PACK PLASTICS s.r.o. by improving the quality and efficiency of the production and technological process is the innovation of the process of production of plastic extrusions into the automotive industry from plastic granules by implementing two of the elements of intelligent solutions – Automation of the production process and Robotisation of the production process. Automation of the production process will be implemented in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation by eliminating routine, monotonous, health-related and difficult operations. The robotisation of the production process will consist of the deployment of automatic equipment, which proves repeatedly and of high quality, performs production activities at quality and speed, which corresponds to the requirements for increasing competitiveness, including technology enabling the independent work of programmed robots. The main activity of the planned project will be the promotion of smart innovation. The project will be implemented at Dolné Hony 435/21, Nitra 949 01, specifically on plot No. 1053/29 registered on the Ownership List No. 7909.The implementation of the project will achieve the following measurement ukazovatele:Počet of enterprises receiving grants target value 1Number of innovative processes target value 1 (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
