| Property / summary: Zameranie a cielePredmetom projektu je poskytnú pecializované kurzy s problematikou environmentálneho podnikania koncipovaných do uceleného vzdelávacieho programu. Ciežom aktivít je pripravi frekventantov na nové podmienky v oblasti environmentálneho podnikania s dôrazom na plasty, dopady ich pouívania na ivotné prostredie a nové rieenia v podobe bioplastov ako aj zapoji/motivova mladých žudí do 25 rokov a zamestnancov k celoivotnému vzdelávaniu, rozirovaniu ich vedomostí a odborných skúseností v tejto oblasti. Vzdelávacie aktivity podporia usmerňovanie frekventantov pri výbere povolania alebo rozíria kvalifikáciu zamestnancov potenciálne ohrozených stratou zamestnania.Aktivity Projekt má 3 hlavné a 1 podpornú aktivitu. Hlavné aktivity rieia problematiku environmentálnych aspektov podnikania, kadý modul predstavuje jeden tematický celok. Jednotlivé modulysú zamerané na environmentálnu legislatívu, na spracovanie bioplastov, vyuívanie komunikačných zručností, motivačných a riadiacich zručností, a na ekonomické pecifiká environmentálnych aspektov podnikania.Ciežová skupina1. Mladí žudia do 25 rokov pripravujúci sa na výkonné alebo riadiace činnosti v oblasti environmentálneho podnikania2. Zamestnanci so záujmom o rozirovanie kvalifikácie o oblas environmentálneho podnikania.Miesto realizácieZameranie projektu vo vežkej miere súvisí s podnikatežským prostredím v Nitre a jej okolí, kde je vysoká koncentrácia podnikov spracujúcich plasty čeliacich problémom, ako sa vysporiada s pripravovanou legislatívou v oblasti ivotného prostredia (odpady - igelitové taky, PET fžae).Meratežné ukazovateleV rámci projektu budú monitorované ukazovatele: počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít CV, počet partnerstiev medzi zamestnávatežmi a poskytovatežmi CV, počet realizovaných informačných aktivít. | Property / summary: Focus and objectivesThe subject of the project is to provide specialised courses with the issue of environmental entrepreneurship conceived into a comprehensive educational program. The aim of the activities is to prepare frequenters for new environmental business conditions with emphasis on plastics, the impact of their use on the environment and new solutions in the form of bio-plastics, as well as engaging/motivating young people under 25 and employees in life-long learning, expanding their knowledge and professional experience in this field. Training activities will support the guidance of trainees when choosing a profession or expand the qualification of employees potentially at risk of losing their jobs.The activities The project has 3 main and 1 supporting activity. The main activities address the environmental aspects of entrepreneurship, each module being one thematic unit. Individual modules are focused on environmental legislation, on processing bioplastics, on the use of communication skills, motivational and management skills, and on the economic specificities of environmental aspects of entrepreneurship. Young people under the age of 25 preparing for executive or management activities in the field of environmental entrepreneurship2. Employees interested in the expansion of qualifications in the area of environmental business.Place of implementationThe focus of the project is very much related to the business environment in Nitra and its surroundings, where there is a high concentration of enterprises processing plastics facing problems, how to deal with upcoming legislation in the field of environment (waste – plastics too, PET fjae).Measurement indicatorsIn the project will be monitored indicators: number of participants involved in CV activities, number of partnerships between employers and CV providers, number of information activities implemented.
