Property / summary: Projekt je zameraný na zavedenie integrovaných systémov manaérstva podža noriem systémov manaérstva pre realizáciu naej spoločnosti v irom konkurenčnom prostredí EU pri súčasnej monosti realizácie vysoko konkurenčných aktivít a výrobe výrobkov s vyou pridanou hodnotou. Ciežom predloeného projektu je implementácia a certifikácia integrovaných manaérskych systémov a tandardov, ktoré by umoňovali efektívnu realizáciu v rámci vetkých aspektov riadenia spoločnosti od výroby, cez zavedenie environmentálnych tandardov a po manament a koordináciu spoločnosti BJ Energy s.r.o. ako celku v irom konkurenčnom prostredí. Ide o zavedenie týchto integrovaných manaérskych systémov (ďalej len IMS) a prísluných tandardov v rámci systémov a noriem ISO: 1. Integrovaný manaérsky systém bude tvorený týmito subsystémami: - Systém manaérstva kvality podža normy STN EN ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2015);- Ekologický systém riadenia (EMS) podža normy STN EN ISO 14001:2015;- Systém manaérstva bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci STN OHSAS 18001:2009 2. Integrovaný manaérsky systém bude tvorený týmito subsystémami: - Systém kvality pri zváraní podža technických poiadaviek STN EN ISO 3834-2 - Poiadavky na kvalitu pri tavnom zváraní kovových materiálov. Čas 2: Úplné poiadavky na kvalitu;- Zhotovovanie ocežových a hliníkových kontrukcií. Čas 2: Technické poiadavky na ocežové kontrukcie STN EN 1090-2;- eleznice. Zváranie elezničných vozidiel a súčastí. Čas 2: Poiadavky na kvalitu a certifikáciu zhotovitežov zvarov STN EN 15085-2 Výstupom projektu budú prísluné certifikáty vystavené akreditovaným subjektom. Property / summary: The project is aimed at the introduction of integrated management systems under the standards of management systems for the realisation of our company in a wide competitive environment of the EU, while at the same time the possibility of implementing highly competitive activities and the production of products with high added value. The objective of the present project is the implementation and certification of integrated management systems and standards, which would enable effective implementation within all aspects of company management from production, through the introduction of environmental standards and to management and coordination of BJ Energy s.r.o. as a whole in an extremely competitive environment. This involves the implementation of the following integrated management systems (IMS) and relevant standards within ISO systems and standards: 1. The integrated management system shall consist of the following subsystems: — Quality management system according to standard STN EN ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2015);- Ecological Management System (EMS) according to standard STN EN ISO 14001:2015;- Safety and health management system STN OHSAS 18001:2009 2. The integrated management system shall consist of the following subsystems: — Quality system for welding under technical requirements STN EN ISO 3834-2 – quality requirements for melt welding of metal materials. Time 2: Complete quality requirements;- Manufacture of steel and aluminium contrusions. Time 2: Technical requirements for steel construction STN EN 1090-2;- railways. Welding of railway vehicles and components. Time 2: Requirements for quality and certification of welds STN EN 15085-2 The output of the project will be the relevant certificates issued by the accredited body.
