Property / summary: Harmonogram realizácie aktivít projektu: 36 mesiacov od septembra 2018 do augusta 2021.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom asistenta učiteža bude zameraná na činnos asistenta učiteža zamestnaného na plný úväzok pre iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami so zdravotným znevýhodnením na základe odporúčaní na pridelenie asistentov učiteža.Hlavná aktivita projektu s názvom Podpora inklúzie prostredníctvom členov inkluzívneho tímu bude zameraná na činnos kolského psychológa, ktorý bude zamestnaný na polovičný úväzok a činnos peciálneho pedagóga, ktorý bude zamestnaný na plný úväzok primárne pre iakov so peciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami.Ciež projektu: zlepenie tudijných výsledkov iakov ohrozených kolským neúspechom a utváranie vhodných podmienok pre vzdelávanie s dôrazom na uplatňovanie rovnakého prístupu ku vzdelaniu. Výsledok realizácie aktivít projektu a naplnenie cieža projektu budeme sledova a hodnoti na základe klasifikácie iakov so peciálnymi výchovno vzdelávacími potrebami.Meratežné ukazovatele projektu sú na základe naich skúseností reálne dosiahnutežné okrem faktorov, ktoré nedokáeme ovplyvni napríklad migrácia iakov.Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú primárne iaci so VVP, sekúndárna ciežová skupina sú vetci iaci koly.Projekt je v súlade so pecifickými ciežmi zodpovedajúcimi prioritnej osi č. 1 Vzdelávanie a výsledkami zadefinovanými v rámci pecifických ciežov. Property / summary: Timetable for the implementation of the project activities: 36 months from September 2018 to August 2021.The main activity of the project entitled “Supporting inclusion through the Teacher Assistant” will focus on the activity of the assistant teacher employed full-time for students with special educational needs with health disadvantages based on recommendations for the assignment of assistants to the teacher.The main activity of the project entitled “Supporting inclusion through the members of the inclusive team” will focus on the activity of a school psychologist, who will be employed half-time and the activity of a pecial pedagogue, who will be employed on a full-time basis primarily for students with the special needs of the project: improving the results of students at risk of school failure and creating the right conditions for education, with an emphasis on equal access to education. The result of the implementation of the project activities and the fulfillment of the objective of the project will be monitored and evaluated on the basis of the classification of the students with special educational needs. Measurement indicators of the project are realistically achieved on the basis of their experience, in addition to factors that are not proven to affect, for example, the migration of pigs. The project’s goal group is primarily with the VVP, the secondary target group is all wheels.
