Creșterea nivelului de competente si promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile pentru șomeri și persoane inactive din regiunea Sud Est, facilitarea accesului la locuri de munca în special pentru persoanele de etnie roma, persoane din mediul rural, persoane ocupate in agricultura de subzistenta si semi-subzistenta, persoane vulnerabile sau someri pe termen lung si/sau persoane cu dizabilități si/sau persoane cu studii primare (ISCED 1) sau gimnaziale (ISCED 2) si/sau Persoane cu studii liceale (ISCED 3) sau postliceale (ISCED 4) prin furnizarea de masuri active personalizate pentru cresterea nivelului de competente și prin recunoasterea competentelor dobandite informal. Proiectul reprezinta o contributie concretă la atingerea obiectivului POCU 2014-2020 deoarece acesta contribuie intr-o maniera directa la dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin creșterea accesului la formare profesională de calitate pentru 504 persoane care vor fi cuprinse in cursuri de fomare realizate in cadrul proiectului, 12 persoane participante la sesiuni de evaluare si certificare a competentelor dobandite informal dar si stimularea ocupării prin insertia profesionala a 258 de persoane ce apartin grupului tinta. Activitatile, rezultatele si indicatorii sunt dovezi concrete de contributia la indeplinirea obiectivului major asumat de POCU 2014-2020. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului tematic 8 deoarece promoveaza si asigura ocuparea sustenabila pentru 258 de persoane ce apartin grupului tinta, minim 490 persoane vor dobandi diplome recunoscute pe piata muncii care atesta competentele dobandite sau certificate in cadrul proiectului, competente care asigura mobilitatea grupului tinta pe piata fortei de munca. Structura grupului tinta dar si asumarea unui numar explicit de de șomeri de lunga durata si/sau persoane cu dizabilități si/sau persoane cu studii primare (ISCED 1) sau gimnaziale (ISCED 2) si/sau Persoane cu studii liceale (ISCED 3) sau postliceale (ISCED 4) in cadrul grupului tinta reprezinta o contributie clara la implementarea prioritatii de investitii 8.i. Masurile active furnizate somerilor de lunga durata si/sau persoane cu dizabilități si/sau persoane cu studii primare (ISCED 1) sau gimnaziale (ISCED 2) si/sau Persoane cu studii liceale (ISCED 3) sau postliceale (ISCED 4) contribuie intr-o maniera directa la facilitatea accesului la locuri de munca pentru somerii de lunga durata si/sau persoane cu dizabilități si/sau persoane cu studii primare (ISCED 1) sau gimnaziale (ISCED 2) si/sau Persoane cu studii liceale (ISCED 3) sau postliceale (ISCED 4) si persoanele cu sanse mici de angajare cum sunt persoane ocupate in agricultura de subzistenta. Aplicabilitatea proiectului vizează o serie de obiective specifice ce constituie parte integrantă a POCU. În grupul tinta vor fi integrate 103 persoane cu vârste de peste 55 de ani si pana in 64 de ani și 155 someri pe termen lung si/sau persoane cu dizabilități si/sau persoane cu studii primare (ISCED 1) sau gimna (Romanian)

Increasing the level of competence and promoting sustainable employment for unemployed and inactive people in the South East region, facilitating access to employment especially for Roma people, people from rural areas, people employed in subsistence and semi-subsistence farming, vulnerable or long-term unemployed persons and/or persons with disabilities and/or persons with primary education (ISCED 1) or secondary education (ISCED 2) and/or people with upper secondary education (ISCED 3) or post-secondary (ISCED 4) by providing personalised active measures to increase the level of competence and by recognising informally acquired skills. The project represents a concrete contribution to the achievement of the POCU 2014-2020 objective because it contributes in a direct manner to the development of human resources by increasing access to quality professional training for 504 persons that will be included in training courses realised within the project, 12 persons participating in evaluation and certification sessions of informally acquired skills and stimulating employment through the professional insertion of 258 persons belonging to the target group. The activities, results and indicators are concrete evidence of the contribution to the achievement of the major objective assumed by POCU 2014-2020. The project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 8 because it promotes and ensures sustainable employment for 258 persons belonging to the target group, at least 490 people will acquire recognised labour market diplomas attesting the skills acquired or certified within the project, skills that ensure the mobility of the target group on the labor market. The structure of the target group but also the assumption of an explicit number of long-term unemployed and/or persons with disabilities and/or persons with primary education (ISCED 1) or secondary education (ISCED 2) and/or persons with upper secondary education (ISCED 3) or post-secondary education (ISCED 4) within the target group represents a clear contribution to the implementation of investment priority 8.i. The active measures provided to long-term unemployed persons and/or persons with disabilities and/or persons with primary education (ISCED 1) or secondary education (ISCED 2) and/or Persons with upper secondary education (ISCED 3) or post-secondary education (ISCED 4) contribute in a direct manner to the facilitation of access to employment for long-term unemployed and/or persons with disabilities and/or persons with primary education (ISCED 1) or secondary education (ISCED 2) and/or persons with upper secondary education (ISCED 3) or post-secondary education (ISCED 4) and people with low employment opportunities such as people employed in subsistence farming. The applicability of the project concerns a number of specific objectives that form an integral part of the POCU. 103 persons aged over 55 and up to 64 years old and 155 long-term unemployed persons and/or persons with disabilities and/or persons with primary education (ISCED 1) or middle school will be integrated into the target group (English)
