Realizarea unui sistem de relatii comunitare care sa ofere acces la servicii sociale integrate, persoanelor vulnerabile cu varsta de peste 65 de ani din Comuna Gratia, astfel incat acestea sa poata depasi situatia de vulnerabilitate. Proiectul isi propune sa infiinteze si sa dezvolte un ansamblu de 2 servicii sociale capabile sa intervina articulat la nivelul persoanelor cu varsta peste 65 de ani, oferindu-le servicii integrate care sa raspunda nevoilor lor sociale, medicale, de socializare si petrecere a timpului liber, de afirmare a personalitatii proprii in contextul unei vieti sociale izolate pentru foarte multe dintre aceste persoane, cu probleme financiare sau de sanatate. Prin activitatile propuse, proiectul actioneaza asupra grupului tinta pe 2 paliere: 1. La nivel comunitar unde, prin Comitetul Comunitar al Batranilor, sunt oferite cadrul necesar pentru valorizarea potentilului lor social/ uman/ professional/ artistic dar si instrumente/ metode/ tehnici/ evenimente/ servicii care sa raspunda eficient unor nevoi imediate de natura sociala/medicala/financiara. 2. La nivelul unui centru de zi in care vor avea posibilitate de a primi servicii sociale, medicale si psihologice dar si posibilitatea participarii la activitati ca sa se ofere bucurie si incantare si sa-i stimuleze sa fie activi si responsabili. Nu in ultimul rand, proiectul actioneaza in sensul promovarii implicarii active a persoanelor varstnice in viata societatii prin folosirea unor instrumente de promovare (online, newsletter, reportaje, campanii de informare) care sa determine ca problematicile specifice varstei a treia sa devina subiect de dezbatere si preocupare pentru un numar cat mai mare de oameni. Este deci evident ca printr-o astfeld e abordare, proiectul propus contribuie in mod direct la atingerea obiectului specific 4.4 si la atingerea rezultatului asteptat in cadrul apelului de proiecte Bunicii Comuntatii. Concret, cel putin 165 de persoane vor primi servicii integrate dintre care cel putin 93 vor depasi situatia de vulnerabilitate ca urmare a sprijinului primit in cadrul proeictului. (Romanian)

Creating a system of community relations that provides access to integrated social services, vulnerable people over 65 years old in Gratia commune, so that they can overcome the vulnerability situation. The project aims to set up and develop a set of 2 social services able to intervene articulately at the level of people over 65, providing them with integrated services that meet their social, medical, social and leisure needs, affirming their own personality in the context of an isolated social life for many of these people, with financial or health problems. Through the proposed activities, the project acts on the target group on 2 levels: 1. At Community level where, through the Community Committee of the Elders, the necessary framework is provided for the valorisation of their social/human/professional/artistic potential, as well as tools/methods/technics/events/services to respond effectively to immediate social/medical/financial needs. 2. At the level of a day center where they will have the opportunity to receive social, medical and psychological services, as well as the possibility to participate in activities in order to offer joy and delight and stimulate them to be active and responsible. Last but not least, the project acts to promote the active involvement of older people in the life of society through the use of promotional tools (online, newsletter, reports, information campaigns) that will determine that age-specific issues to become the subject of debate and concern for as many people as possible. It is therefore obvious that through such an approach, the proposed project directly contributes to the achievement of specific object 4.4 and to the achievement of the expected result within the call for projects Grandma Community. Specifically, at least 165 people will receive integrated services, of which at least 93 will overcome the vulnerability situation as a result of the support received in the project. (English)
