Lai veicinātu Daugavpils pilsētas lielākās rūpnieciskās teritorijas - Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas attīstību un nodrošinātu tajā labvēlīgu vidi uzņēmējdarbības attīstībai, ir nepieciešams turpināt esošās infrastruktūras uzlabošanas darbus, kas sekmētu konkurētspējas palielināšanu un saimnieciskās darbības attīstību pilsētas teritorijā.Projekta “Daugavpils pilsētas Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas publiskās infrastruktūras attīstība III kārta” mērķis ir veicināt labvēlīgas uzņēmējdarbības vides veidošanos un saimniecisko darbību Daugavpils pilsētas teritorijā, uzlabojot Ziemeļu rūpnieciskās zonas infrastruktūras pieejamību.Plānotās projekta galvenās aktivitātes:1. Publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošana un inženierkomunikāciju ierīkošana (elektroapgādes tīklu pārbūve, apgaismojuma ierīkošana, lietus ūdens kanalizācijas pārbūve u.c.) Ziemeļu rūpnieciskajā zonā;2. Autoruzraudzības pakalpojumu sniegšana saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem LR būvnormatīviem;3. Būvuzraudzības pakalpojumu sniegšana saskaņā ar spēkā esošajiem LR būvnormatīviem.Projekta rezultāti: revitalizēta degradētā teritorija 6.08 ha platībā, radītas 9 jaunas darba vietas un piesaistītas privātās investīcijas 165 806 eiro apmērā.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 788 615.35 EUR un projekta attiecināmās izmaksas ir 614 980.94 EUR, no tām:ERAF 85% - 522 733.80 EUR;Valsts budžeta dotācija 4.50% - 27 674.14 EUR;Daugavpils pilsētas domes līdzfinansējums 10.50% - 64 573.00 EUR;Projekta neattiecināmās izmaksas sastāda 173 634.41 EUR.Plānotais projekta īstenošanas ilgums: vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu tiks noslēgta līdz 2020. gada 31. augustam, bet projekta darbības tiks īstenotas no 2021. gada 3.ceturkšņa līdz 2022. gada 4. ceturksnim.Saskaņā ar MK noteikumiem Nr. 645 projekts nav uzsākts pirms projekta iesnieguma iesniegšanas. In order to promote the development of the largest industrial areas of Daugavpils city – the Northern Industrial Zone and to provide a favourable environment for business development, it is necessary to continue the improvement of the existing infrastructure, which would facilitate increased competitiveness and development of economic activity in the city territory.The aim of the project “Development of public infrastructure of the Northern Industrial Zone III” is to promote the development of favourable business environment and economic activity in Daugavpils city territory by improving the accessibility of the infrastructure of the Northern Industrial Zone. Improvement of public infrastructure and installation of engineering communications (reconstruction of electricity supply networks, lighting installation, rebuilding of rainwater drainage, etc.) in the Northern Industrial Zone;2. Provision of author supervision services in accordance with the construction regulations of the Republic of Latvia;3. Provision of construction supervision services in accordance with the current construction regulations of the Republic of Latvia.Project results: The total cost of the project is EUR 788615.35 and the eligible costs of the project are EUR 614980.94, of which:ERDF 85 % – EUR 522733.80; State budget grant 4.50 % – EUR 27674.14; Co-financing of the Daugavpils City Council 10.50 % – EUR 64573.00;Project ineligible costs is EUR 173634.41. The agreement on the implementation of the project will be concluded by 31 August 2020, but the project activities will be implemented from the 3rd quarter of 2021 until the 4th quarter of 2022.In accordance with Cabinet Regulations No. 645 the project has not been started before submitting the project application.
