Projekta mērķis ir Mālpils novada ceļa posma pārbūve komercdarbības attīstībai, lai palielinātu privāto investīciju apjomu un veicinātu jaunu darba vietu radīšanu novada teritorijā. Galvenās projekta darbības ir: Rūpniecības ielas ceļa posma pārbūves būvprojekta izstrāde, tā pārbūve (t.sk., ūdens atvades sistēmas sakārtošana), būvuzraudzība, autoruzraudzība, izmaksu un ieguvumu analīzes izstrāde un publicitātes darbības. Projekta sasniedzamie rezultāti ir: atbalstīti 5 komersanti, radītas 33 jaunas darbavietas, veiktas nefinanšu investīcijas komersantu pašu nemateriālajos aktīvos un pamatlīdzekļos 2 050 000 EUR apmērā. Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 435158,55 EUR, no tām ERAF finansējums ir 369884,77 EUR, kas veido 85% no kopējām attiecināmajām izmaksām. Projekta īstenošanu paredzēts uzsākt 2018. gada pavasarī un veikt darbus līdz 2018. gada oktobrim. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to rebuild the Mālpils region road section for commercial development in order to increase the amount of private investments and promote the creation of new jobs in the territory of the county. The main project activities are: Development of industrial street section reconstruction project, its reconstruction (incl. water drainage system), construction supervision, author supervision, cost-benefit analysis development and publicity activities. The results to be achieved by the project are: 5 merchants have been supported, 33 new jobs were created, non-financial investments were made in the amount of EUR 2050000 in intangible assets and fixed assets of the merchants themselves. The total cost of the project is EUR 435158,55, of which ERDF funding is EUR 369884,77, which represents 85 % of the total eligible costs. Implementation of the project is planned to start in spring 2018 and work by October 2018. (English)
