Projekta mērķis – samazināt primārās enerģijas patēriņu, sekmējot energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Daugavpils Stropu pamatskolas - attīstības centra ēkai - Mihoelsa ielā 4, Daugavpilī. Lai sasniegtu projekta mērķi, Daugavpils Stropu pamatskolas - attīstības centrā – Mihoelsa ielā 4, Daugavpilī, tiks veiktas sekojošas galvenās aktivitātes:1) ēkas fasādes siltināšana t.sk. ārsienu siltināšana, logu un durvju nomaiņa, cokola pamatu siltināšana, esoša jumta pārseguma siltināšana, pagrāba pārseguma siltināšana;2) ventilācijas sistēmas atjaunošana uzstādot rekuperācijas iekārtu;3) siltumapgādes sistēmas rekonstrukcija;4) enerģiju taupošu LED gaismekļu uzstādīšana;5) automātiskās ugunsgrēka atklāšanas un trauksmes signalizācijas sistēmas, kā arī evakuācijas avārijas apgaismes ierīkošana;6) vides pieejamības prasību nodrošināšana;7) autoruzraudzība un būvuzraudzība;8) projekta publicitāte.Projekta realizācijas rezultātā tiks samazināts primārās enerģijas patēriņš, sekmējot ilgtermiņā energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu un pašvaldības izdevumu samazināšanos par siltumapgādi, tiks sasniegtas energoefektivitātes prasības atbilstoši Latvijas būvnormatīvā LBN 002-015 “Ēku norobežojošo konstrukciju siltumtehnika”, kā arī objekts tiks pielāgots personām ar īpašām vajadzībām, tādējādi nodrošinot vides pieejamību.Projekta kopējās izmaksas: 1 045 667.74 EURtai skaitā · attiecināmās: 396 650.21 no tām- 337152.68 EUR – ERAF līdzekļi (85%);- 17849.26 EUR – valsts budžeta dotācija (4.50%);- 41648.27 EUR– pašvaldības līdzekļi (10.50%).· neattiecināmās: 649 017.53 EUR izmaksas, kas nav saistītas ar energoefektivitāti paaugstinošiem pasākumiem.Paredzēts, ka projekta ilgums būs 30 mēneši no līguma par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas dienas.Projekta atbalstāmo darbību īstenošana ir uzsākta 2016.gada 17.augustā, kad tika parakstīts Uzņēmuma līgums Nr. D-2016/521 starp Daugavpils pilsētas domi un SIA “Ēkas siltināšana” par būvprojekta izstrādi būvobjektam „2.speciālās pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšana, vides pieejamības prasību nodrošināšana – Mihoelsa iela 4, Daugavpilī”. The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption by promoting energy efficiency improvement of Daugavpils Stropu Primary School – Development Centre building – Mihoelsa iela 4, Daugavpils.
