Obiectivul general al proiectului este reabilitarea, modernizarea si dotarea Liceului Tehnologic "Sf. Dimitrie" din localitatea Teregova. Intrucat exista o relație cauzală între nivelul de dezvoltare a capacităților forței de muncă și starea infrastructurii (existența spațiilor și dotărilor adecvate) în care se desfășoară procesul de educaţie şi formare profesională, consideram ca prin realizarea acestui proiect, Comuna Teregova va facilita dezvoltarea competenţelor profesionale și a capacității de integrare socio-profesională.Astfel, prin investitiile propuse in infrastructura Liceului Tehnologic "Sf. Dimitrie" va rezulta creșterea gradului de participare la învăţământul profesional şi tehnic şi învăţare pe tot parcursul vieţii, si implicit se explica modul in care proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului specific 10.2 al Axei Prioritare 10 a POR 2014-2020. The general objective of the project is the rehabilitation, modernisation and endowment of the Technological High School "St. Dimitrie" from Teregova. Since there is a causal relationship between the level of development of the labour force’s capacities and the state of the infrastructure (the existence of adequate spaces and facilities) in which the education and training process is carried out, we believe that by carrying out this project, Teregova Municipality will facilitate the development of professional skills and the capacity for socio-professional integration.Thus, through the proposed investments in the infrastructure of the Technological High School "Sf. Dimitrie" will result in increased participation in vocational education and training and lifelong learning, and implicitly explain how the project contributes to the achievement of specific objective 10.2 of Priority Axis 10 of ROP 2014-2020.
