Obiectivul General al proiectului îl constituie imbunatatirea infrastructurii de educaţie aferente gradinitei cu program prelungit Alba ca Zapada, structură a Școlii Gimnaziale „Grigore Silasi” loc. Beclean, judeţul Bistrita-Nasaud, pentru asigurarea unui proces educaţional la standarde europene şi a creşterii participarii populaţiei preşcolare la procesul educaţional. Proiectul nostru presupune extinderea cladirii existente pe str.Sieului nr 6 pentru ca toate grupele de gradinita din oras ale Școlii Gimnaziale „Grigore Silasi”cu program prelungit (5locatii) sa functioneze intr-o singura locatie care sa respecte toate standarde tehnice în domeniul educaţiei aplicabile, precum si standardele de calitate pentru infrastructura de educaţie. Prin proiectul: ,, Reabilitarea, extinderea, modernizarea si dotarea infrastructurii educationale a Grădiniţa cu Program Prelungit ”Albă ca Zapada”, structură a Școlii Gimnaziale „Grigore Silasi” din Orasul Beclean, Jud. Bistrita-Nasaud, strada Şieului, nr.6,, ne propunem urmatoarele investitii: Lucrari de reabilitare, modernizare si extindere la corpul existent de cladire , constantand in : termoizolatii, inlocuire tamplarie, inlocuire echipamente si instaltatii uzate moral si fizic, sarapanta si invelitoare finisaje interioare, instalatii electrice sanitare si termice, echipamente si utilaje (centrale termice, boiler, panouri solare preparare ACM, panouri fotovoltaice furnizare energie electrica din surse regenerabile), rampe de acces persoane cu dizabilitati, amenajare de grupuri sanitare la parterul cladirii pentru persoane cu dizabilitati, extindere corpului principal de cladire la 8 clase care respectă cele mai noi standarde tehnice în domeniul educaţiei aplicabile, precum si standardele de calitate pentru infrastructura de educaţie. The general objective of the project is to improve the education infrastructure related to the protracted kindergarten of Snow White, structure of the Gymnasium “Grigore Silasi” place. Beclean, Bistrita-Nasaud County, to ensure an educational process at European standards and increase the participation of the preschool population in the educational process. Our project involves the extension of the existing building on 6 Sieului Street so that all kindergarten groups in the city of the “Grigore Silasi” Gymnasium with extended hours (5 locations) will operate in a single location that meets all the technical standards in the field of applicable education, as well as the quality standards for the education infrastructure. Through the project: Rehabilitation, extension, modernisation and endowment of the educational infrastructure of the Garden with Prelonged Program “White as Snow”, structure of the Gymnasium “Grigore Silasi” in Beclean City, Jud. Bistrita-Nasaud, 6 Șieului Street, we propose the following investments: Rehabilitation, modernisation and extension works to the existing building body, constantising in: thermal insulation, carpentry replacement, replacement of worn-out equipment and installations, salt and interior finishes, sanitary and thermal electrical installations, equipment and machinery (thermal plants, boiler, solar panels preparation ACM, photovoltaic panels supplying electricity from renewable sources), access ramps for people with disabilities, arrangement of sanitary groups on the ground floor of the building for people with disabilities, extension of the main building body to 8 classes that meet the latest technical standards in the field of applicable education, as well as the quality standards for the education infrastructure. Modern equipment for efficient administration of the building: Photovoltaic system, 25 kW, 3 single-phase inverter on grid, 1 monitoring meter, 1 kit connects mounting elements positioning on roof photovoltaic system, 25 kW, 3 single phase inverter on grid, 1 monitoring meter, 1 connect kit, clamping elements positioning on the roof; Thermoelectric boiler serpentine double solar panels 2000 liters; Solar panels with vacuum peats 2 sqm 8 pcs; Boiler 75 kW gaseous fuel 3 pcs; Boiler automation; Thermal circulating pumps 4 pcs; Expansion vessel; Fire detection plant; Recovery OF ELECTRIC CALDURA 2000 MC/H 2 pcs; The main facilities proposed are according to the updated list of equipment and/or works and/or services Ensuring the necessary conditions for an efficient educational system by increasing the level of comfort and safety of students, respectively investments in related infrastructure: external arrangements consisting of: New green spaces for the protection of the environment and the location of playgrounds for children. — Arrangement of paved alleys roadways and pedestrians – Strengthening and restoring finishes at the fence (English)
