Obiectivul principal al prezentului proiect este acela de a dezvolta infrastructura pentru servicii sociale fara componenta rezidentiala pentru persoane varstnice astfel incat se se asigure o imbunatatire substantiala a accesului la acest tip de servicii in satul Partos, com Banloc, jud Timis. Prin obiectivele pe care le propune prezentul proiect este oportun si necesar comunitatii mai sus amintitie si aceasta deoarece in prezent, in localitate, se identifica 434 de persoane cu varsta peste 65 ani. In acelasi timp solicitantul urmareste ca imbunatatirea accesului la servicii sociale sa se realizeze concomitent cu responsabilizarea si preluarea de catre colectivitatea locala a rezolvarii acestei probleme. Proiectul va contribui in mod activ la indeplinirea obiectivelor Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020, Axa prioritara 8- Dezvoltarea infrastructurii de sanatate si sociale, Proieitate de investitii 8.1 Investitii in infrastructurile sanitare si sociale care contribuie la dezvoltarea la nivel national, regional si local, reducand inegalitatile in cea ce priveste starea de sanatate si promovand incluziunea sociala prin imbunatatirea accesului la serviciile sociale, culturale si de recreere, precum si trecerea de la serviciile institutionale la serviciile prestate de colectivitatile locale, OS 8.3 Cresterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale prin faptul ca solicitantul isi extinde capacitatea de deservire a populatiei cu varsta peste 65 de ani. In acelasi timp proiectul asigura trecerea de la servicii institutionale la servicii prestate de colectivitatile locale, asigurand astfel o crestere a nivelului de intelegere a nevoilor persoanelor batrane, o implicare mult mai activa a comunitatii in rezolvarea problemelor specifice batranilor pe plan local. Ca urmare a celor prezentate mai sus se considera ca proiectul, prin obiectivele si activitatile previzionate este oportun si necesar. (Romanian)

The main objective of this project is to develop the infrastructure for social services without residential component for elderly people so that it is ensured a substantial improvement of the access to this type of services in Partos village, Banloc, Timis county. Through the objectives proposed by the present project, it is appropriate and necessary for the above mentioned community, because at present, 434 people over 65 years of age are identified in the locality. At the same time, the applicant seeks that the improvement of access to social services should be done at the same time as the local community is responsible for solving this problem. The project will actively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 8 – Development of health and social infrastructure, Investment projection 8.1 Investments in sanitary and social infrastructure that contribute to development at national, regional and local level, reducing inequalities in health status and promoting social inclusion by improving access to social, cultural and recreational services, as well as the transition from institutional services to services provided by local authorities, OS 8.3 Increasing the coverage with social services by increasing its capacity to service the population over 65 years. At the same time, the project ensures the transition from institutional services to services provided by local authorities, thus ensuring an increase in the level of understanding of the needs of the elderly, a much more active involvement of the community in solving the specific problems of the elderly at local level. As a result of the above, it is considered that the project, through its objectives and activities, is appropriate and necessary. (English)
