Projekta mērķis ir iegūt intelektuālā īpašuma tiesības un ekonomiskās priekšrocības, kas izriet no veiktās pētniecības attiecībā uz informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju (IKT) drošības risinājumu uzlabošanas, izstrādājot uz jaunākajām zinātnes atziņām balstītu, mākslīgā intelekta un lielo datu vadītu horizontāli mērogojamu reālā laika IKT drošības pārvaldības risinājumu BICTSeMS, kas nodrošinātu pilna apmēra tīkla datu un serveru žurnālfailu analīzi atbilstoši IKT ierīču topoloģijai un savstarpējām atkarībām, noderīgas informācijas izgūšanu no nestrukturētiem un daļēji strukturētiem datiem, kā arī IS drošības pārvaldības labo prakšu repozitorija izveidi un uz to balstītas rekomendācijas draudu novēršanai.Projekts sniegs ieguldījumu RIS3 Tautsaimniecības Izaugsmes prioritātēs: Nr.2“Jaunu produktu un/ vai pakalpojumu pastāvīga meklēšana”, Nr.4 “Moderna un mūsdienu prasībām atbilstoša IKT sistēma privātajā un valsts sektorā”, un Nr. 6. “Attīstīta zināšanu bāze un cilvēkkapitāls zināšanu jomās, kurās Latvijai ir salīdzinošās priekšrocības un kas saistītas ar zināšanu-ietilpīgas IKT nozaru attīstības vajadzībām.Projekta atbilst RIS3 Viedās specializācijas jomai “Informācijas un komunikāciju tehnoloģijas”.Projekts ir starpdisciplinārs un atbilst šādām zinātnes nozarēm: -1.2. Datorzinātne un informātika;-2.2. Informācijas tehnoloģijasProjekts ir ar saimniecisko darbību saistīts, un tā iesniedzējs būs mazais komersants SIA “Izglītības Sistēmas” – informācijas tehnoloģiju un datu apstrādes, uzturēšanas jomā darbojošais uzņēmums, kam pieder valstī lielākā skolvadības sistēma un kam ir atbilstoša pētniecības kapacitāte un pieejama IKT vide un infrastruktūra pētniecības darbību veikšanai. Detalizēts iesniedzēja apraksts ir norādīts PIV 2.1.sadaļā “Īstenošanas kapacitāte”.Projektā paredzētais pētniecības veids ir rūpnieciskais pētījums.Projekta galvenās aktivitātes: Rūpnieciskie pētījumi (TRL 2- 4):1) Projekta vadība2) Saistīto pētījumu apskats un esošās situācijas novērtējums; 3) BICTSeMS risinājuma arhitektūras projektēšana;4) BICTSeMS metodoloģiskās bāzes definēšana;5) BICTSeMS tehnoloģiskās platformas izstrāde un integrācija ar metodoloģisko bāziProjekta galvenās aktivitātes tiks papildinātas ar zināšanu un tehnoloģijas pārneses aktivitātēm, kas sevī ietvers publikāciju sagatavošanu, un intelektuālā īpašuma tiesību aizsardzības pasākumus.Projekta mērķa grupai “Latvijas Republikas Komercreģistrā reģistrēts komersants” – SIA “Izglītības Sistēmas” būs šādi atbalsta pasākumi: atlīdzība zinātniskajiem darbiniekiem un ar pētniecību saistīto pakalpojumu izmaksas.Projektā ir plānoti šādi rezultāti:-3 oriģināli Scopus vai Web of Science zinātniskie raksti;-3 prezentācijas starptautiskās zinātniskajās konferencēs;-1 tehnoloģijas tiesības;-1 jaunās tehnoloģijas prototips;-15 citi pētījuma rezultāti, kas papildina Projekta rezultātus.Projekta rezultāti tiks plaši izplatīti.Projekta kopējās izmaksas: 668 883,95 EUR, no tām plānotais atbalsts 465 752,95 EUR.Projekta īstenošanas ilgums 30 mēneši no 01.01.2021. līdz 30.06.2023.Atslēgas vārdi: IS (Information System) security management, cybersecurity, cyber resilience, big data (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to acquire intellectual property rights and economic benefits resulting from the research carried out on the improvement of information and communication technologies (ICT) security solutions by developing BICTSeMS, based on the latest science-based artificial intelligence and big data-driven real-time ICT security management solution, which would provide full-scale network data and server logile analysis according to the topology and interdependence of ICT devices, the acquisition of useful information from unstructured and semi-structured data of the project, will provide a positive and semi-structured design-based analysis of the threat to the topology and interdependence of ICT devices. No 2 “Continuous search for new products and/or services”, No 4 “Modern and modern ICT system in the private and public sectors”, and No 6. “Developed knowledge base and human capital in knowledge areas where Latvia has comparative advantages and related to the needs of knowledge-intensive ICT industries.The project is in line with the RIS3 Smart Specialisation Area "Information and Communication Technologies".The project is interdisciplinary and corresponds to the following fields of science: —1.2. Computer science and IT;-2.2. Information Technologies The project is related to economic activities and its applicant will be a small businessman SIA “Education Systems” – a company operating in the field of information technology and data processing, maintenance, which owns the largest school management system in the country and has adequate research capacity and available ICT environment and infrastructure for carrying out research activities. Detailed description of the applicant is given in PIV Section 2.1 “Implementation Capacity”.The type of research envisaged by the project is industrial research. Industrial research (TRL 2-4):1) Project Management2) A review of related studies and an assessment of the current situation; 3) BICTSeMS solution architecture design; 4) Definition of BICTSeMS methodological basis;5) BICTSeMS technological platform development and integration with methodological basisThe main activities of the project will be supplemented with knowledge and technology transfer activities, which will include preparation of publications and measures for the protection of intellectual property rights. In the project the following results are planned:-3 original Scopus or Web of Science scientific articles;-3 presentations at international scientific conferences;-1 technology law;-1 prototype of new technology;-15 other research results complementing Project results.Project results will be widely disseminated.Project total costs: EUR 668883,95, of which the planned aid EUR 465752,95.
