Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie cresterea competitivitatii economice a societatii Grup Fort Studio S.R.L. prin achizitionarea de echipamente pentru productie video. Intr-o economie caracterizata prin cresterea tot mai accentuata a concurentei, competitivitatea devine o conditie “sine qua non” pentru existenta firmelor producatoare de bunuri. Putem defini competitivitatea ca fiind capacitatea firmei de a rezista concurentei pietei. Acest deziderat al oricarei întreprinderi este si al intreprinderii Grup Fort Studio S.R.L. si este asigurat de o serie de factori interdependenti: - profitabilitatea – capacitatea de a castiga bani; - investirea profiturilor în perfectionarea si dezvoltarea activitatilor; - îmbunatatirea calitatii produselor concomitent cu reducerea costurilor; - extinderea pietelor – datorita unui raport pret/calitate avantajos pentru consumator; - angajarea de noi salariati; - adaptarea serviciilor la cerintele în schimbare ale clientilor, conceperea si lansarea pe piata a unor servicii noi. Aprecierea competitivitatii firmei se poate face numai prin raportarea la întreprinderile concurente. În activitatea practica competitivitatea unei firme este judecata prin prisma a doi indicatori - profitul obtinut si impactul produselor asupra pietei. Realizarea cu succes a activitatilor proiectului va conduce la realizarea celor doua obiective specifice, fapt ce va duce la atingerea scopului proiectului, respectiv cresterea competitivitatii economice a societatii Grup Fort Studio S.R.L.. The general objective of the project is to increase the economic competitiveness of Grup Fort Studio S.R.L. by purchasing equipment for video production. In an economy characterised by increasing competition, competitiveness becomes a condition “sine qua non” for the existence of companies producing goods. We can define competitiveness as the ability of the firm to resist the competition of the market. This goal of any enterprise is also of Grup Fort Studio S.R.L. and is ensured by a number of interdependent factors: — profitability – the ability to earn money; — investing profits in perfecting and developing activities; — improving the quality of products while reducing costs; — market expansion – due to a price/quality ratio advantageous to the consumer; — hiring new employees; — adapting services to changing customer requirements, designing and launching new services on the market. The assessment of the company’s competitiveness can only be made by reference to competing companies. In the practical activity the competitiveness of a company is judged by two indicators – the profit obtained and the impact of the products on the market. The successful realisation of the project activities will lead to the achievement of the two specific objectives, which will lead to the achievement of the project’s goal, namely to increase the economic competitiveness of Grup Fort Studio S.R.L..
