Obiectivul general al proiectului este sprijinirea dezvoltarii durabile, cresterea competitivitatii si a productivitatii societatii, si va contribui astfel la: * consolidarea mediului de afaceri din regiunea Centru, si asigurarea stabilitatii economice a zonei ; * dezvoltarea si modernizarea sectorului de executie de lucrari de constructii civile si industriale local in general,perpetuand meseriile din acest domeniu in regiunea Centru ; * asigurarea protectiei mediului prin utilizarea de tehnologii noi, cu un grad redus de poluare contribuind la dezvoltarea durabila; * atragerea de forta de munca locala din Reghin, si zonele limitrofe orasului Reghin ; prin investitii in echipamente noi, performante si cu un grad ridicat de protectie a mediului pentru imbunatatirea calitatii lucrarilor de constructii civile si industriale executate, a productivitatii muncii si a capitalului. La nivelul comunitatii locale din orasul Reghin, societatea va reprezenta unul din factorii de crestere si stabilitate economico-sociala din zona, datorita utilizarii de tehnologii moderne, a capitalului uman autohton/local angajat in utilizarea acestor echipamente si tehnologii, si a politicii societatii privind dezvoltarea durabila, si egalitate de sanse. The general objective of the project is to support sustainable development, increase the competitiveness and productivity of the company, and will thus contribute to: * strengthening the business environment in the Center region, and ensuring the economic stability of the area; * development and modernisation of the execution sector of civil and industrial works in general, perpetuating the trades in this field in the Center region; * ensuring environmental protection through the use of new, low-pollution technologies contributing to sustainable development; * attracting the local workforce from Reghin, and the surrounding areas of Reghin; by investing in new, high-performance equipment with a high degree of environmental protection to improve the quality of civil and industrial construction works executed, labor productivity and capital. At the level of the local community in the city of Reghin, the company will represent one of the factors of economic and social growth and stability in the area, due to the use of modern technologies, the local/local human capital engaged in the use of these equipment and technologies, and the society’s policy on sustainable development, and equal opportunities.
